Spacious Villa, Big rooms, clean and neat

Limited maintenance on the pool, the room door not able to close fully. The room toilet shower area is open until the entire bathroom is wet with water stagenent

An absolutely beautiful villa and a truly relaxing experience

It was everything we needed: Clean, private and spacious. Getting to the villa was also very accessible as I’ve noticed most of the roads there in general are very narrow. The staff were also very kind, welcoming and at hand for everything which made our stay very comfortable.

Comfortable but a little run down.

The location was both good and bad. Nice and quiet but a decent walk to get anywhere.

The place definitely needs a facelift. The photos are clearly from when it was brand new. Also our room was suppose to have a pool table which was a selling point to us, there was no pool table.

Water heather for both shower room keeps cutting off and don’t have pool towels aswell bath mats. Can be slippery after swim.

Spacious villa with a nice pool, overall layout of the accomodation was nice.

Rooms were clean, however overall interior and walls were grubby. Location is a little hidden and this harder to call taxis / gojek too. On the last morning of our stay, power to our room was intentionally cut off at 8am (I’m assuming in an attempt for us to check out faster), despite our checkout 11am. This meant toilets would not refill to flush, aircon didn’t work, no hot water and fridge being turned off.

I had a great stay! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive — always ready to help with anything I needed. You can really tell they care about making sure their guests have a good experience. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything you might need. I definitely recommend staying here!

Aged a little. No rice fields as the pictures show. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t good. Staff were unresponsive when you call or text them via WhatsApp and cleaning was done at different times everyday.

this was the first hotel i have stayed where no tea and coffee facilities and besides basic shampoo and body wash no toiletries were provided. Air condtioners were not working at all, was very hot and unformatble

Amaizing Facility managed by amazing people

Always friendly and helpful all employees the premises are always clean, and the services are always prompt and good. I stay here for a number of times, and I will aways return happy anytime i travel to Bali.

Group trip

The place is lovely but very contained like most properties in this area. We stayed in Villa 1 (3 bedrooms) Villa 5 (2 bedroom) and Villa 6 (3 bedroom). Villa 1 and 5 were ok. Villa 6 has the best space and facilities. Villa 1 has the best pool. The staff didn’t dial much English so hard to speak on them. The guys on reception were pleasant but the reception was not as warm as with other villas were stayed in Bali.

The hot water didn’t work very well. The bathrooms smelt damp. Not as welcoming as other places I’ve stayed.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced

Really nice bedrooms, great pool, staff were so friendly, cleaners come daily, laundry service is cheap ! Love that there was a gym to use at any time too!

Not the properties fault, but a bit of a walk to the main streets of Seminyak - on a hot day probably best to get a bike! The lounge/kitchen is open air so there were bugs and some cats roaming (be mindful of leaving food out etc)

I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in semiyak

The property was extremely spacious and was perfect for our group of 6. The staff at the villa were exceptional and accommodated to any needs or requests we had. The property is in a prime location to restaurants and only 10 walk to the beach.

Although the villa is tucked away from the main road the actual walk up to the villa is quite long. In saying that there is no problem if you are in a car or on a bike

The Villa had a spacious entertainment area with a pool table that we used daily. The pool was huge and set to a nice temperature. The rooms had fantastic air conditioning and were very clean. The location was perfect. Nice and quiet but also walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our family stay but the location meant we needed a taxi each time to leave and return.

The tiles in the entire villa were very slippy and more than one person in the group had a fall. Requires more towels or non slip mats.

Our stay here was great, it was only a short distance into the heart of Seminyak and was very relaxing.

There was little space to sunbathe by the pool, there was 4 of us and only 1 day bed by pool that was infested by ants

Superb

Great start for our holiday. We were delighted by the spaciousness and the luxury of the villas. We booked 2 during our stay 2x2 and 3x2. Boedi our host was excellent and informed us about several places to visit. Walking distance to beach pooltable fun. Equipment kitchen a little bit down but who is hoing to cook with so many good restaurants in town?

The cleaning of the bathroom (toilets) could be better.

Pool table was great fun, bed was comfy, pool was cool and clean, good air conditioning, provided cold filtered water, polite and helpful staff, smart tv in rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, great garden and spacious area, fans in outdoor area.

Food was average, bit of a walk to villa down circle side road and no short cut, toilet plumbing connected between rooms transferred smell to both bathrooms.

Good, but not great

Location is quiet but you need transportation to get anywhere fun. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy. Pool table was fun extra. Gym was well equipped

When people were at the desk they were quite friendly, but there were several times when there was no one available at the desk. The rooms had one shower with out hot water consistently and the other had a bathtub that sprayed the floor when the water was turned on high. The facilities weren’t in great condition but the staff was able to fix most of the issues while we were there and offered us free massages to make up for our dissatisfaction
