Disappointing

We loved the pool and the space and each room had its own bathroom

The nite club behind it that went every night until sometimes 5am. Very run down since our last visit. Cracks in walls not painted for at least 10 years since our wedding there. Pictures missing from walls where the hooks still are. Concrete falling off walls and cracks. Kitchen utensils rusting stove has one jet that is so high it nearly burns the bench and one jet missing. Bin and behind bench unclean.

The villa rooms were spacious, tidy and clean. The outdoor pool and living area were also big enough for fun and relaxation. The kitchen also provided enough appliances for us to prepare simple breakfast

Loved my stay in rumi villas definitely would recommendto others. Loved the staff and everything else.

I liked absolutely everything, it was very chill.

There was no railing on the stairs, just a bit unsafe if travelling with kids. Other than that everything was perfect.

Would not stay here again

The staff were very helpful and the location was good.

This property needs a major upgrade. The fridge kept breaking down so it was impossible to keep drinks cool. The pool needs a major repair with the tiles being so rough the scratch your feet. There is no ladder to get out of the pool and the one large step makes it difficult to get out of it. Also perhaps change the towels from white to a darker colour so you can’t notice how grey the linen is

The stay was above expectation

The staff were unbelievable and the facilities were ideal for our group. All within close proximity to what we needed which we took full advantage of. would recommend and would definitely consider going back

Absolutely beautiful - better than photos.

The location was central to Seminyak being a short walk from the main roads but far enough that it was peaceful at night and not loud. So close to a great coffee shop called How I Met Coffee. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, assisted with any query straight away. Communication was smooth and easy, they organised transport from the airport. The villa was so clean, modern and well kept - better than photos!

Not necessarily something I disliked - however, if you are staying here it is BYO body wash etc, it is not provided like most places but again, not a dislike just a helpful point if you usually travel without those products.

Nice

Nyoman ( the manager I would say) is such a lovely lady and ready to help. The house is big, airy, good size swimming pool, one of the nest beds I have ever slept on, the house is also close to everything and very good value for money

The kitchen was a bit basic. I didn’t bother me because I got the house on booking.com but the same house is available on air bnb and it should offer a few things ( like coffee tea sugar salt or oil) The ac didn’t work properly and on my last night it rain a lot inside the house. I think some maintenance is due. Having said all that, the house is very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again

Dak lekt in bed

Bij aankomst echt een heel mooi schoon huis met ruime slaapkamers en goed ogende bedden..

Helaas heel veel last van muggen in beide slaapkamers, en bij een flinke regenbui begon het dak te lekken boven op het bed. Bij melding hiervan aan de manager. Kregen we alleen oké bedankt voor het doorgeven. Terwijl wij die nacht niet hebben geslapen. We hadden een hele goeie en leuke eerste indruk, maar het eindigde helaas anders.

初めてのBaliはスミニャック滞在と決めて、初めてのプール付きVillaを選びました。飲食店、コンビニ、BARは歩いても行ける距離にあり不便はありませんでした。通りのBAR等はかなりの賑やかさでしたが、通りから入った場所にVillaがあるので、夜も静かで問題なく過ごせました。 Villaのマネージャーは連絡をくれて、滞在に問題ない？部屋の掃除はどーする？ランドリーは必要？等と気を配ってくる優しい女性のマネージャーでした。ランドリー代は滞在費に含まれてるので必要ないと言われましたが、私達は当日仕上がりをお願いしたので少しextraチャージをお支払いしましたが、外出中に洗濯物は綺麗に畳まれて部屋に置いてくれて、香りもとても良くて気持ち良い仕上がりで大満足でした。私達の泊まったVillaは 1階にツインベッドルーム、シャワー、トイレ、広いリビングルーム 2階にキングベッドルーム、シャワー、トイレ、バルコニー娘と2人旅だったので十分の広さでした。 1階しか使いませんでした(笑) 洗面台も広く綺麗でした。プール付きでしたが外出が多く、プールの水も冷たかったのでダイブする事出来ず、笑フローティングベッドで浮いたり、ベッドで日焼けしたりしました。次回はプールで思いっきり遊ぶ時間を作りたいです。ファミリーや友人と大人数で過ごしたら楽しそうです。

シャワーヘッドが上に固定式でした。ホース付きシャワーに慣れている私達は、使いこなすのが難しく少し不便でした。

Tout était très bien. Même lorsque nous avons eut un soucis de wifi, ils ont appelé rapidement un professionnel pour réparer ceci.
