The staff were casual due to quiet season so they weren’t attentive until you made a complaint. The restaurant was very

The price was in line with the accomodation but that was because booking.com gave good bonus ie breakfast included, discount on final price an a free pick up from airport to accomodation.

The property on booking.com looked amazing but when we were escorted to our villa the room was very tired. The doors were warn out, the kitchen was not equipped as outlined. The pool area was a hazard. The timber has wrapped so much the nails were sticking out and loose. The water feature was full of mold and loose broken tiles throughout. The bathroom and been patched up so much you could see the tiredness an mould.

Great place to stay if you do not need internet access

Wonderful private pool. We had the included breakfast which was very good and always came very quickly. The location was very private, but still a short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Very nice stay for 9 days.

I would liked to have stayed longer and would have extended because it was so comfortable, except for one thing...the internet was horrible, and most of the time non-existent. My partner and I both work remotely and good internet access is always a deciding factor for where we stay. I can say that I will not stay here again unless the internet issue is resolved, and that is a shame, because everything else was great, especially the staff.

Very Relaxing

The location is really good close to shops, beach and places to eat all within walking distance. It is really peaceful and quite which is relaxing. Spa treatments were good

Solo Villa Relaxation

Super spacious, very private one bedroom villa. Noise wasn’t much of an issue from neighbouring villas. Great bathtub for that relaxing soak at the end of the day too. Cheap food options are available from in house or to eateries/bars/shopping/day spa treatments were very close at hand by short walk or an offer of a cheap scooter/motorbike ride. Overall, a lovely stay for relaxation.

The slide door from bedroom to pool had a decent gap still, so mozzies could still be a nuisance.. I would recommend getting a plus in repellent. It’s a little dated and there’s wear and tear but it didn’t bother me.

In our one bedroom pool villa, the bathroom was spacious and well lit with sunshiney skylights. The pool was a great temperature - not too cold - and attracted enough sunshine during the day to be pleasant. Well priced accommodation for what it offers.

Good place maybe for couples, but watch out if you have kids

The check in formalities was okay, the staff very polite and respectful even though they declined some of my requests initially, but they communicated it in a very polite and formal manner. The Kitchen and dining areas from a quick glance at the time we arrived (heavy rains) seemed clean!

However, in my personal opinion (beg your pardon no offence meant only personal opinion) the place doesn't fit the description of a 4-star hotel as rated on Booking.com. Maybe it's a good place for couples without kids. We had a toddler with us and our biggest issue was the mosquitos (it's not the hotel's fault though, as the place is surrounded with plants and trees and outdoor private pool). I'll just say it did not meet our requirements as we were staying with a 3-year-old and were worried about getting Dengue. We packed a mosquito net for these types of situations however the room did not provide any facilities to tie a mosquito net on top of the bed. Add to this, the door to the private pool outside had lots of gaps where mosquitos could come into the main bedroom irrespective of repellant spray or not, and the thought of sitting inside an AC bedroom with a can full of mosquito repellant spray wasn't our idea of a holiday.

Staff were friendly, moved us to another villa within an hour of arrival, good location

hygiene, stains on bedding, mouldy and stained pillows, villas are in desperate need of a reno, photos make it look so much nicer, bathroom are a sweat box. Couldn't wait to leave.

Short, pleasant

This place might be ok for a couple who are staying for a while and need a home base. The bathroom was really good. Staff were lovely.

Felt like it was a little overpriced for what it was, the private pool area was covered in shade so the sun did not hit the pool greatly and everything seemed a bit dirty other than the bathroom which was a really nice bathroom haha. The room I stayed was nearly connected to reception and it was a little out of the way. Food was a bit average.
