All the staff especially Putu were lovely and went above and beyond for all of us guests.

Location and cleanliness. Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathrooms

Pool area
Master bedroom upstairs is not enclosed. Ie open all around the roof line to the air leading to inefficient air conditioning, and mosquitos +++ One of the downstairs bathrooms has sewerage smell.
