Good location. Close to restaurants and clubs, shops. Good size.

Needs a revamp. No televisions in rooms, as advertised. One bedroom air conditioning hardly working. No flexibility in cleaning times. Had to ask to have towels replaced, power went out multiple times. Staff had no English. Cleaning not great. No extra effort required:service. Have stayed in villas many times and these staff were not very helpful. Noisy until 2:30am every night

Nothing to write about. It’s not being maintained and it’s unhygienic.

I was disappointed with my stay at Arta Villa Seminyak. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were poor. The linen was dirty, the toilet seat was loose and rocking, and the curtains were crushed and worn out. The towels provided were old and did not feel fresh. On top of this, the staff behaved unprofessionally, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I would not recommend this villa unless significant improvements are made.

Very appealing Villa

Most things, from two very clean rooms to the friendly staff.

The only TV was outside in the entertaining area. Being able to relax in the aircon from time to time and watch a bit of TV would've topped off the stay. It really was the only let down.

Misleading and not providing what they promise

Nothing as we didn't go to this Villa. We booked this Villa but we were taken to some other villa. Management just takes advantage of you.

Great Location, staff were amazing and very helpful.

We arrived at midnight, somebody was waiting for us to assist us getting into the rooms. Check-in was managed in the morning. Staff were so accomadating and helpful, they went out of their way to assist us with all our questions. Communication during our stay was excellent, and our rooms were cleaned fresh everyday. Very fast and thorough. The location was great, very central, store and main resturant hub at the end of the gated driveway. Air conditioning in the rooms were very cold.

When I booked the open air villa, I didnt even consider checking the weather at the time of our stay, so it was very hot and muggy in the main living areas (Late Oct) - this however was not the accomadations fault, clearly a us moment. We did have to get coils for the living areas to keep the mosquitos away.

Amazing little oasis in the middle of it all with your own pool

Was ok.... Did the job.......room for improvement!

Pool - Was amazing the kids spent most days waking up and jumping in straight away. Staff- helpful we had an issue with the safe with battery light. Staff were there to provide fresh batteries.

Rooms- The beds were horrible!!! They were extremely hard and everytime you rolled over the bed sounded like it was going to break. Bathroom was fine and as expected. Sheets on bed had stains on them and after a few days became itchy. Tv on rooms took abit to work out but was able to get them. Kitchen/lounge- tea towels in draws looked like they hadn't been changed and was discoloured. Tv on loungeroom would play up most days - no pictures. Location- this accommodation was booked due to the location on booking. Location was given 24hrs before booking in and the location was not were it was shown on booking, it was further away. The overall accommodation could do with a coat of paint and a refresher as it the longer you spend there the more you see how much it needs to be improved.

The aircon in the upstairs room needs replacing. Fans would be wonderful in all bedrooms. The laundry fees are way too high. The aircons do need a good service though. Very hot in the middle section of the house so we had to leave all bedroom doors closed at all times to keep the cool in.

Pool Was the only good thing!

Lack of Amenities. TVs were removed in all rooms. Furniture was old & outdated - couch with many stains. Fridge was never cold - needed Eskies. Tiles are super slippery for kids once out of pool. Not enough plates & cutlery for all guests. Bathrooms weren’t to a high standard - shower screens were broken & useless. Need to pay extra for basic kitchen appliances. No kettle or microwave. Bed linen is old & needs changing - pretty revolting.

Black mould on ceiling of master bedroom, bed mattresses very hard and only a small couch in lounge area. Also master bedroom tv had no access to watch anything.

If you are after a nice villa close to partying night life and then this villa is for you.

The pool and kitchen/lounge area

First off the address given is not were the villa is located we had to call the number 5Plus times before anyone answered and then someone come and greeted us Location - during the day it was peaceful and quite however as soon as you walk out the lane way you are greeted by the loud music from all the bars and then as you are wanting to wined down for the day at 10 pm the music begins. Ear plugs are definitely required to get any sort of sleep in this villa the music continues through till around 5 am and if you can handle the music then you may not get any sleep due to the bed and pillows which are rock hard. The staff were less then attentive , we had to request plates and there were no forks, I also did not feel comfortable using the stove due to the gas bottle and yes there was filtered water however the bottle appeared to be there for some time and was not fresh. The bidet leaked daily leaving a big puddle in the bathroom and would drip on the toilet paper 🤢.

It was within walking distance to the restaurants and shops.

Great Villa for Holiday with Friends!!

The location of the villa onto the main road and supermarket was super convenient!! Having an ensuite in each room was also super handy. The cleaners were super respectful and always did a great job.

The noise from the neighbouring clubs and restaurants were a little loud upstairs because of the skylights in the bathrooms, however if you close the bathroom doors in the rooms, you can barely hear it :)

We enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping staff were very thorough and friendly yet respected your privacy.

Location was very close to restaurants and shops with easy access to getting taxis or meeting drivers at the end of the lane approximately 200m walk.

Very relaxing. Not too busy. Nice villa. 4 bedrooms for 4 people was perfect.

The privacy was great. The pool was very nice and relaxing. All the facilities were great. Big bathrooms. Nice an air conditioned bed rooms. Lots of great restaurants very close. Did not have to go far for a nice meal. Had a supermarket across the road which also had ATMs inside. And only had a short walk to the main road where we could grab a taxi or scooter ride.

Breakfast not included. The thumping music from the nightclub till 3AM every night. Some rooms the noise was very loud. Other's not so bad. Also even though the villa is very beautiful, all of downstairs in open so no air con. Was quite hot during the day. Could only relax downstairs at night time. There was also a big outdoor sunbed which had NO mat on it which was pointless. Other villas I have stayed at had a big cushion on it so you could relax there during the day. Quite a distance from any of the usual market lined streets.

Communication was great, we arrived late at night and the host was there to greet us and make sure we found our way to the villa. Great location right on eat street which was great for our stay. Very convenient location and great value.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! Except for the mosquito.

Overall everything was good, the ambiance and the entire villa. Also at least provide a microwave for easy reheat.

A lot of mosquito. Maybe put a mosquito killer trap in each room and common area. Also put at least small fountain or sprinkler in the pool so there is a movement on the water instead of having it stagnant so to lessen the mosquitos in the area.
