The Vila was perfect for our large family group. Pool and facilities were great. Staff excellent.

The Vila Loma was perfect for our large family group. We all loved the pool and the outdoor area worked well.Location was fine. The breakfasts were great and service from staff was excellent and they were most helpful.

The kids had some problems with chlorine content in pool but this was sorted.

perfection in a private oasis

Stunning, stunning, stunning villa. The photos don’t do it justice. an absolute private paradise. The pool, the rooms, everything perfect.

There was noisy construction next door from early morning til late at night, but obviously not the fault of the villa.

mixed age family trip with relatives from Australia and England all of us enjoyed

the Villa was everything and more you could hope for , quiet but five minutes from hustle and bustle

Amazing family holiday.

The property was great for our large family holiday. looks exactly as it does in the photos. Ketut the manager recommended Doni as a driver / tour guide who was excellent. A well maintained property.

Good

The manager kadek respon is fast but we are already feel uncomfortable in the first day . But after 2 days we can enjoy the villa .

This is our 3rd time staying at loma . But this time waa quite disappointing . Maybe because it is over book since december . The villa was book by my friends in early dec then after that other guest book.we got for mid dec . We fould broken glass in the pool and the bedsheet is still dirty .

Great villa. Location was near to cafes. Maybe upgrade your service.

I liked the spacious area. Pool was nice. Beds were comfortable.

Lots of fire ants in the room near the dining table. Hot water didn't run well in one of the rooms upstairs. Same goes with the AC. No TV outside in the main living room. We weren't told that the housekeeping wouldn't come everyday. And there was extra charge if we wanted her to come. Extra charge too for water galons. But all this was based on our experience from the last villa we stayed. That used to be under the same management as this villa. Their service was top notch. Welcome drinks. House keeping services everyday. BBQ grills to be used. So it was a bit of a let down. But the villa itself was fantastic.

Parking space, no ashtray, no dishes rack, no curtains on bathroom windows, a bit slippery on the bathroom floors
