Facilities could have been better and restaurant staff not very polite and had to over pay for my breakfast even though it included breakfast. Coffee was additional to the breakfast not sure why. Seems standard to have coffee included for breakfast.

We stayed at Taman Amertha Villas for a week at the end of April and early May. There were three of us, myself and my wife and our 21 year old son. We had Villa D which was a two bedroom Villa. The experience was exceptional from start to finish and we would not hesitate to recommend. The villas are well located in the centre of Seminyak and is a 15-20 min walk from Seminyak beach. There are mini marts opposite and a range of shops and stores including a Landry, coffee shop and currency exchanger in the same road. Within a 5-10 minute walk there are all of the shops and restaurants that you will need during your stay. The staff at the Villas are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks must go to Ketut who made us welcome from the moment that we arrived. They were attentive and responded quickly and efficiently to all enquiries. A real credit to the villas. Our Villa was absolutely what we needed. Two well sized air conditioned double rooms with en-suite shower facilities along with wardrobe, safe and desk. The rooms were very well maintained. The rooms looked out onto a lovely swimming pool boarded by well maintained shrubs and trees creating a wonderfully tranquil feeling. Our Villa was not overlooked at all. Alongside the pool is a sunbathing area with loungers and towels that are provided by the Villa. There was also an open plan living area that had sofa, chairs, dining table, bar stools and small kitchenette area that would have been sufficient to cook a light meal. There was also a fridge freezer and single toilet. The Villa, despite the Seminyak traffic, was a real oasis for us. Quiet and tranquil with everything that we needed. And the brilliant staff really made sure that our stay was perfect. The villas also have their own restaurant, Kelor. It is where breakfast is served, though it can also be delivered to your villa.

My Villa was too close to the street. Traffic mainly motorbikes could be heard often.

Facilities seem to be old and in not so good condition.

Excellent service. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Always greeted us with a cheery smile whenever we arrived/ left for the day! Would come back again.

The villa itself was great all you need for a good stay. everything was clean and worked great. the staff were above and beyond absolutely fantastic, they attended to all my needs. location was great Mini Mart across the road. With in 15 mins scooter ride to anywhere worth going.
