Beautiful, well maintained, peaceful tropical stay 👍

We had an amazing stay. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The villa feels even better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and designed with great taste. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the stay feel even better. I honestly wish I had stayed longer. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Oma Villa to anyone looking for a nice tropical getaway.

Beautiful villa in a great location

I stayed at this villa with a group of 9 friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property itself is stunning, the pool is massive, perfect for relaxing or hanging out together, and every bedroom was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location was also fantastic, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area while still feeling private and peaceful when we were back at the villa. One of the unexpected highlights of our stay was the sweetest little orange cat who came to visit us every day and quickly became part of our group, we genuinely missed him after we left 🤣 Overall, this villa was the perfect space for our trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable place to stay.

The villa and pool were lovely and clean. Fresh towels and cleaning complete daily even on Sunday. Awesome layout and great facilities. Loved the location.

Villa is nice but all bedroom doors broken.

The villa is beautiful; my 5-year-old son really loved the shallow pools. Good vibes and a nice villa close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

1. Everything is fine, except the room doors are all broken and need fixing. One sliding door downstairs is so broken that mosquitoes are entering the room; it cannot be closed properly. 2. The stairs are dangerous; my husband fell from them on the third floor. They are slippery and lack grip. 3. The safety box is broken/not working. 4. The picture shows a swing, but it was not there when I arrived. The villa is a bit tired and needs some upgrades.

Location was good

It was very run down, was pretty much impossible to contact the staff, including being locked out of the villa for hours and then having to jump the fence to get in. The cleaners that came daily done a excellent job though

It was reasonable, enjoyed the big common area the most as I was traveling with a group of friends

Property was in the right area, strategic and close to all the main shops, bars and eating areas. There are 5 rooms although the room on the top most is the smallest and you’d have to climb very steep stairs daily to get into the room which also doesn’t have a bathroom. As there was a lot of plants around, there were also a lot of mosquitoes and on the last night, as it started raining a lot, cockroaches started to come out. Nonetheless the hosts were really very accommodative and tried to help and answer as quickly as they could. They also helped to keep our luggages before check in time and after check out time for few hours but asked for a small tip as well.

The location of this airbnb really isn’t so good when it comes to calling GoCar or GoJek to pick you up. Most of the time, they always get lost as the airbnb is in a very small dark lane and there is no signage for someone to know they need to turn into that small dark lane. So often, we need to walk out on the main street to be picked up or pick up our food if we ordered online. Something management can improve on is to make better signage’s so people won’t get lost trying to find the airbnb. Secondly, I did get bed bug bites on my first night there, I don’t think the sheets were too clean. I requested for them to be changed in my room and they did but i still did see small dirt on the bedsheets and pillow cases despite it being changed. At least the bed bugs bites stopped. The aircond on the lower floor of one of the rooms also doesn’t work properly. Ended up waking up in the middle of the night often sweating. That really needs to get checked as it was quite uncomfortable to sleep in.

Great location, villa needs some maintenance.

Fantastic location, with a lot of great restaurants etc nearby. Great layout for a group, very open plan. Great communication from hosts via whats app. Maid came every day and everything was always beautifully clean and tidied.

Rain resulted in flooding outside the villa door, this meant we had no option but to wade through water up to our ankles every time we arrived or left the villa. The rain also resulted in some rooms experiencing leaking through ceiling. One room had a resident mouse. The swimming pool was very murky during our entire stay, blonde hair turned green from what I assume was due to chemicals in the pool.

Great location close to main shopping and restaurant district. Very tranquil; a relaxing place to spend time after the chaos of the streets! Lovely Balinese feel with the outdoor living/dining/kitchen area. Pool was great. Large bedrooms with air conditioning.

Just be mindful of the steep stairs to the 4th bedroom and loft… it didn’t bother us however if you have mobility issues it would be difficulty.

Loved our stay at beautiful Oma Villa and would certainly stay again.

Fantastic location, beautiful outdoor living, large bedrooms

No hot water in one of the rooms. Steep, very steep stairs and the stairs were very wobbly. I reached out and stairs were fixed immediately. Found when emailing the property prior to arriving, found email responses took a while so communication could have been a bit better. I did not have wifi so I did not have the code to enter. Luckily a local contacted the property on my behalf to gain access.

Bali style villa

Bali style, great location close to shops, cafe, masssge. Villa organised a driver to and from airport. They organised a makeup and hair ladies for me for a wedding and they were excellent. Staff to clean villa and pool everyday. Had tea and coffee.

Great location - suitable for a young family

The Size of the Property was amazing. Very relaxing outdoor area and swimming pool. It is tucked away off the busy streets, but within easy walking distance to everything.

We booked location due to the size of our party. The challenge we had though was most of us were middle aged and climbing the stairs to the upper rooms and with bags was quite challenging. If booking for a large party to use all the rooms, I would recommend only the young and more fit.

Boho budget friendly villa!

Perfect location! In the middle of two main streets with lots of food and shopping around. Quiet, tucked in an alley. Attention to detail off- some pillows and cushions , sheets, towels, bedding, sinks/baths and walls etc stained but did see these comments on reviews before arrival. Staff is lovely and attend to the Villa each day to clean and re set and do a beautiful job. Tidying the pool area and bedrooms. No hand soap and little body wash so left for a refill on they bed and they did so no worries. As well as delivering 3 mosquito coils quickly as soon as we requested. Very quick at replying and friendly staff! Stairs and top attic bedroom very small. Good for a ‘younger group’ only or better if no one needs to use the bed up there. Everything reviews say previously are spot on but for the price you pay, this Villa was great and overall has a great vibe!

Upstairs room. Attention to detail a little off. Lots of bugs- but Villa supplies lots of bug spray!

Good location but property was not as advertised

The location is very good being close to the centre of Seminyak

The property has not been maintained and is very run down. There is a tarpaulin over the roof. Toilets and kitchens need a make over. The house was dry grimy and at night there were many rats OIM kitchen and the cupboards.

Could have been much better

The location was great. The housekeeper Jenni was fantastic and did everything possible to try and solve any issues

The villa pool broke its pump so we were unable to use the pool for 4 days which was very disappointing. We requested another hairdryer between 5 girls but this request was not met. A large rubbish dump greeted us everyday near the front of the villa. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are totally dangerous to get to with totally inadequate and dangerous stairs. Bathrooms were not cleaned during our 6 day stay and lighting was very dark. It has a beautiful sense of style but very run down.

The villa is in a great location once you could find it, within easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants. The open plan living area and pool are a great space for bigger groups and the decor is lovely

Lack of signage on the lane way and the villa so everyone gets lost. Staff lounging on furniture on arrival and other days and did not come at all on one day. The villa is desperately in need of some TLC - bits falling off roof and covered in a tarp, holes in decking & pool furniture. Crisper in fridge does not fit keeping door from closing properly we removed it and staff replaced it every day so we would come home to warm drinks. The villa is very, very dirty especially the kitchen, door handles broken, lack of hangers. Only 1 key for potentially 10 guests does not work.

Perfect location, very peaceful in the middle of busy areas in Seminyak.. calming vibes all the way for me and my wife :) Thank you so much for the staff, they really help me so much to set up a romantic dinner for my wife and very very helpful along the way during my stay.. close to everything and yet your own little oasis once you walk down the alley way. great room sizes

Check in at 7pm and 10pm partly of the house electric unable to open, the light is working but the fan and AC unable to work. Owner send his worker came and they use an stupid excuse said that nearby got a lots of villa therefore the power station couldn’t support. Sleep until 5am and the whole villa don’t have electric supply and water supply. Tried to contact the owner from 7am, but he only replied in WhatsApp at 10am and don’t even call back to me. Owner send his worker came at 10.30am and the worker inform us because the owner didn’t pay for the electricity bill and cause this incident happen. This is definitely unacceptable and the owner is totally not responsible at all when these all happen!

Exceptional

I wish we could stay at Oma Villa longer, definitely will stay here again when we are back in Bali. My family and I really love this place, as it felt like a home for us.. Also the manger Tosa and the teams were helping us a lot to organize my wedding anniversary dinner, even we have a short time noticed somehow they able to help us with a lot of things and it was indeed beautiful… thank you again Tosa and teams

- No hot water in many bathrooms - No proper door lock either for the rooms and/or bathrooms - shower head and/or shower holder is broken in many bathrooms - not worth the money anyways - staff was professional enough to NOT allow early check in or late check out (absolutely no flexibility at all) - there were rats in the property, so beware - cleanliness was average

Very enjoyable stay and would recommend

Great location - close to everything including restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Very spacious pool and outdoor lounge/kitchen/dining area. Quiet location even though close to Eat Street. Loved the decor and layout of the villa. Garden better than photos. Two of the bedrooms are up a steep ladder like steps so not great for over 60 year olds. The villa needs a little bit of TLC in some areas but it is value for money. Tosa the manager and the housekeepers were lovely.

Good location but in a narrow street. Wouldn't recommend to drive big vans like haice here which we had. The decor were good and mainly the living area and the pool.

Day 1 was okay but day 2 we had many issues with the water supply being completely out. Again on day 3 they forgot to clean the villa and this was done when we reminded them at 10 pm. So it was expected to be better managed.
