Great stay in a fabulous location. Response to any problems was fairly quickly sorted. Hoping to return next year!

Loved location and spaciousness of villa. Villa was clean and Wayan was there each morning to make a beautiful breakfast, manage our washing and service the villa. She was so helpful and warm. She also has the most beautiful smile 😊

We had some issues with drainage in a shower and toilet. Otherwise all was fabulous

The layout was great, amenities great and the house keeper was excellent. Traditional breakfasts with fresh fruit and juice. She was able to get washing done with ease.

Beautiful and happy

Villa gladak was a beautiful place for the 5 of us to stay, very close to main street with all restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay again

Didn't realise the host came to the property everyday and often stayed for several hours. I know it's their job but sorta feels abit awkward waking and they are there already. But love their work

Excellent Villa , very quiet, staff were great, cooked us a fantastic breakfast on our first morning

Great organisation and communication from the Villa staff, someone was there to meet us on arrival and showed us through the Villa.

The lane way down to the Villa is quite dark at night, could do with some more general lighting for safety. Wasn’t a huge issue for us as we were always in groups but someone walking alone may feel uncomfortable.

Price is too high for what you got !

*The location near jalan Kayu Aya where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. * Nice big swimming pool. * The location is easy to find … nice and safe environment.

* Old and broke dispenser .. we changed the drink water galon and things just falling a part … water stink. * in one of the room ( on the right side room if you facing the kitchen ) the sink leak … my mother move the toilet paper under the sink because wet….the next day they put it back under again. * I can’t use the water cooker as the electricity stop contact on the wall is broken. and the water cooker is not working… or maybe because of the broken stop contact there is no electricity. Very dangerous ! * My nephew step on broken glass on the side grass of the swimming pool. * Price not including breakfast.

Location was very strategic, 10 mins walk to Petitrnget beach and all the most happening beach clubs. Beautiful and clean facilities. Helpful staff and host.

Great location and value for money

We had 8 people stay in this villa. The location is great as it’s right near the main streat in seminyak. We ordered scooters as we arrived and they were there within 20 minutes. Pool is great as it gets lots of sun. The three mod run Rooms are great and the other room is bungalow style which was okay.
