Great location, but very uncomfortable bedding.

Great location right in the center of Brussels! Grocery store next door.

No AC in the unit. There was a portable AC, but it was not connected or even designed to work with the window type. There were two fans available, but they were extremely dirty. The bunk beds were not in a room, but more like a walking closet with absolutely no air circulation. Bed sheets and pillows were 100% polyester and very uncomfortable (hot) to sleep. We basically had to keep all windows open, and all doors between rooms shut to prevent draft, while running a fan in the area with two bunk beds.

Good location and comfortable house.

The location was perfect near Grand Place. Has elevator, both amenties.

One of the rooms was too small ( the smallest one) and have three uncomfortable bed in it. And the room has no window but a conection with another room. The house is good for 6 max. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great place, don’t come with a car

Very well maintained and kept. Very specious

Although great location, it was very difficult arriving to on the weekend by car, which we were very not aware of. Every street was blocked and when we eventually arrived in the place to unload or luggage before going to a parking lot, had encounter with a neighbour and with a policeman that might have written us a ticket, for being with the car there. So not too ideal.

Très bon emplacement, studio spacieux et très bien équipé , on a eu tous ce qu’il fallait, malheureusement c’était un court séjour, juste une nuit mais j’y reviendrai avec plaisir

La chambre avec les deux lits superposés était trop petite et pas de prise pour charger les téléphones, ni un bouton près du lit pour allumer la lumière

Buen apartamento para una familia con niños

Lo mejor, la ubicación y cerca de la Grand Place. El apartamento era grande y estaba muy limpio. Esta vez no tuvimos vecinos molestos, como suele ser algo bastante frecuente últimamente.

Con el calor que ha hecho en Bruselas esa semana, los dos ventiladores no eran suficiente. El equipo de A/A del salón no enfriaba bien y por su tipo de instalación, obligaba a tener la ventana del salón permamentemente abierta, con el consiguiente ruido. La relación calidad/precio algo elevada: 352€/noche para 4 personas.

logement 5 étoiles en plein centre à un prix très raisonnable

Emplacement génial en plein centre ville, immeuble sécurisé et très calme, les fenêtres donnent à l'arrière de la rue, très spacieux et lumineux, literie très confortable, linge de lit et de bain comme à l'hôtel, jolis dressings, salle de bains neuve, cuisine équipée, il a pensé à tout!

seulement 5 places assises sans le salon alors que nous étions 6? mais ce sera le seul bémol!

Top appart spacieux, propre et moderne. Emplacement parfait. On recommande sans soucis.

La propreté, l’espace, la modernité, le calme, l’équipement et l’emplacement.

Petit « couac » lors de l’envoie des codes d’accès mais proprio très réactif donc c’était vite réglé et facile à utiliser.
