We had a problem as the previous guests smoked in the rental. The owner worked with us to allow us to sleep in a different part of the property while still being able to use the main property to play games and such. The owner was super friendly, understanding, communicative, and flexible. The apartment is large and there are plenty of beds for a bigger family.
Could use a bit more utensils and the like within the kitchen.
