L'appartement est bien situé, à environ 20 minutes de marche du centre historique. La literie est très confortable.
Le descriptif de l'annonce qui indique une terrasse et vue sur jardin qui n'existe pas. L'appartement est situé en sous sol non indiqué dans le descriptif. Au fond du loft, côté chambres, on a accès à un espace d'un mètre de profondeur face à un mur haut qui fait office de terrasse. La lumière du jour est inexistante. Manque d'équipements pour cuisiner.
