Brussels one day

The owner was very kind and helpful. The parking in garage was cool, just not for low car... Location was perfect.

The bunkbed in the main room was a littlle bit strange, also because there is no curtains.... And the 8th bed was in living room on the couch.. The interior design was a little dark in the whole appartment. In the kitchen was not enough dishes for cooking. Especially for 8 people. There is esspreso machine for coffee but no gratis pods... Kitchen needs remodeling into real kitchen.

It’s not three bedrooms property, only two bedrooms with ensuite . Bunk bed in the dining room with kitchen

There are few bits and pieces of work in the house, broken toilets door and mould in the Ensuite . Microwave kept on the floor and only few sockets in kitchen area. Kettle and toaster can not work together. Sensor lights in the en-suite affect sleeping

Within walking distance to the Grand Place. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Communication with the property was horrible. I picked this property because it had a parking garage and a washer and dryer for laundry. I notified the property that there was a vehicle parked in the garage so I couldn’t park my vehicle inside, vehicles in the street blocked access to the garage. The washer and dryer both had clothes in them. I notified the property about the issues with the garage and parking and the washer and dryer and got not response.

Not as advertised

Good quality furnishings and place was clean.

No cooking utensils apart from basic cutlery - unable to cook or prepare food. Only one plug socket in the kitchen - unable to use kettle, toaster and coffee machine at the same time. Microwave on the floor - unusable. There is no place to prepare food. It is completely unsuitable for a family. Advertised as "3 separate bedrooms." This was not the case as only 2 separate bedrooms. Bunk beds were in the dining area with no curtain to block out light from the floor to ceiling window. Completely unsuitable sleeping area, especially for children. After paying over €450 per night, I expected 3 separate bedrooms as advertised and a basic kitchen to prepare basic meals. I will be requesting a partial refund due to the incorrect advertising and high price we paid for 3 bedrooms when we only received 2 bedrooms and no suitable sleeping area (a dining room with no curtain is not suitable)

Best place to stay in Brussels

Everything was amazing. The kitchen, the dining table, and the pool table in the huge movie room. Great place to stay for a group of 4-6. It was very clean and had all the facilities one needs. The owners were very nice and quick in responding.

Spacieux Agréable Les 2 chambres et les 2 sdb sont très bien Contact et échanges agréables avec le propriétaire ; explications claires pour se rendre sur les lieux

Il n’y a pas 3 chambres comme indiqué mais 2 car les lits superposés sont dans la salle à manger donc pour 7 adultes, c’est moyen L’équipement côté cuisine est insuffisant (manque d’ustensiles : casserole, passoire, …), pas de micro ondes, pas de four et manque de vaisselle et couverts Trop léger quand on souhaite y manger

La propreté, l’espace et le confort

La personne chargée de nous remettre les clés a rendu la situation difficile. À trois reprises, elle a affirmé ne pas être en possession des clés et a indiqué que nous ne nous trouvions pas à la bonne adresse. Nous nous sommes déplacés afin de vérifier cette information, sans succès. À notre retour, cette même personne nous a finalement remis les clés. Cette situation a suscité mon mécontentement.

Fijn en ruim appartement vlakbij centrum

De accommodatie is erg ruim. Grote slaapkamers, goede bedden. De keuken is eenvoudig ingericht met een koffiezetapparaat (nespresso cupjes) kookplaat, waterkoker, magnetron en broodrooster. Er zijn twee badkamers waarin twee toiletten. Er is nog een separaat toilet. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en is daarmee een uitstekende uitvalsbasis. Parkeren in de garage is fijn. Buiten parkeren kan echter ook. De host is gemakkelijk bereikbaar en is zeer behulpzaam. Erg leuk is de aanwezige pooltafel!

De locatie was top. De bedden waren fijn. Superleuk dat er een pooltafel was. Fijn ook dat er koffie en thee was. Een lekkere ruime en schone loft.

Het stapelbed staat in de diningroom, daar zouden dan ook gordijnen moeten zijn. De handoekken zouden wat frisser mogen zijn.

Wunderbar unkomplizierter Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe dort, um den Tag in Brüssel zu verbringen und abends zu feiern. Alles war super, sehr sauber und unkompliziert. Man erreicht zu Fuß sehr schnell die Innenstadt, die Unterkunft liegt aber schön ruhig. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip

Grande déception pour le prix payé.

Description du logement, trois chambres selon l'annonce, alors qu'il n'y en avait que deux. Emplacement de la cuisine minuscule alors que le salon était grand. Une seule prise pour trois éléments (cafetière, grille-pain et bouilloire). Micro-onde par terre, prises murales sans cache prise, chapeau cachant des fils électriques, prise à deux mètres du sol. Immense salon sans lumière (lampes sans ampoules). L'appartement n'était pas propre (le plancher n'était pas nettoyé alors que l'on devait enlevé ses chaussures). Le battant des toilettes dans une des salles de bains était cassé. La porte d'une des salles de bains n'était pas propre (coulures d'eau ou autre chose). La porte d'entrée de l'appartement ne fermait pas bien. Il y avait un emplacement à l'extérieur avec une table et des fauteuils mais il n'était pas propre. Il manquait aussi des chaises (six chaises alors que le logement était prévu pour huit selon la propriétaire. De plus, lorsque nous avons appelé la propriétaire pour se plaindre des désagréments, elle n'a pas été très agréable.

Er waren werken aan de gang (onaangekondigd), de garage die beloofd was kon hierdoor maar de tweede dag gebruikt worden, er was geluids- en geurhinder (allemaal door de werken). Er werd tot erg laat gewerkt, en er werd vroeg herbegonnen. Ook was er op een kamer een verstopte wasbak met vies en stinkend water erin, er kwam geen reactie op onze vraag om dit op te lossen.

Afwerking (deuren die niet goed sloten, elektra niet helemaal afgewerkt). Onvoldoende servies. En erg kleine kitchenette.

Pas tout à fait conforme

L'emplacement était parfait. La place de stationnement un vrai plus. L'appartement était très spacieux.

Il est précisé dans l'annonce "3 chambres" ce sui n'est pas le cas. 2 personnes ont dû dormir dans un lit superposé dans le salon sans rideaux. La cuisine n'est pas une vraie cuisine. Ça suffit pour prendre un petit déjeuner mais il est impossible de faire à manger.

Mes attentes ont été dépassées!

Déjà la propriétaire était vraiment adorable, très accueillante. Elle nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Elle était vraiment très gentil. L’endroit était spacieux, propre. Il y a une chouette terrasse pour prendre l’air quand on avait trop chaud. Le salon est vraiment très jolie et la table de billard est une bonne initiative. Les chambres sont spacieuses et dans chacune vient une salle de bain ce qui est vraiment pratique.

Rien ne nous a déplu tout était parfait!
