The location was absolutely superb. It was quiet , with the main high street within easy waking distance , but only around 3 miles including the short ferry ride , from The Hoe , Barbican St Williams Yard etc.
The double bed although big and comfortable was pushed into the wall so there was only one way of getting into and out of it. The hosts do offer two single beds and I think this might work better. Also although free parking was provided it was a very small size and couldn't cope with my Mercedes. However , there is free overnight parking very close to the flat.

location great in particular for the ferry, inexpensive for car and free on foot! Also convenient for local bus with good routes for casual day tripping
good self catering facilites and very near grocery shopping
carport not wide enough to take a car,,,,But parking was presumably at the outer side. Even then quite tight due to graduated floor levels .
Double bed is against the wall on 3 sides so difficult if you sleep on the left from the headboard Didnt matter to me as I was alone and sleep on the right!

The flat was ideally located in Torpoint. The car port was small but I just managed to squeeze my Ford Kuga in without too much problem. The property was very clean and tidy and had tea, coffee and sugar available. There is a co-op just up the road and an excellent bakery. We expected lots of noise from the nearby ferry but it wasn't a problem at all.
No real negatives at all. I am 6' tall and the bed just fit me as I have a knee issue and need to sleep stretched out fully.
