9 Admiralty House

We loved everything about this apartment. It was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Bed and sofa very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Kitchen has every gadget you can think of, we loved the instant boiling water tap! The location was great right on the waterfront, and nice secure parking behind locked bollards. Best of all was the fantastic communication from the owner Korina, what a lovely lady. Received very clear instructions on how to find and access the apartment and parking, and she checked in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The decor was exceptional and you could tell it had been lovingly restored. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was fantastic particularly the shower.

Highly recommended. In 11 weeks traveling from Scotland to Cornwall, Admiralty House was the nicest flat we stayed in (8 nights). Very clean and beautifully decorated apartment in an historic building; clearly a lot of time and thought went into decor and furniture. Great communication with helpful owner. Flat well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Tesco Express directly in front by the cricket ground. Lovely garden behind overlooking the harbour. We loved Plymouth; recommend a walk down to Cafe Roma on the water and a visit to the free Davenport Naval Heritage Centre just a few minutes drive away.

No negatives at all with the flat. Note that some flats in the building overlook the harbour; this one doesn’t. The House isn’t that close to downtown Plymouth, but we had no issues walking 30 minutes to The Hoe and 20 minutes to Royal William Yard to catch local ferries. Helpful to have a car to explore into Cornwall via Torpoint ferry (included gated parking is right outside the flat).

The apartment was great, it was very clean and spacious. Access to parking was very easy. location was great easy to get into the city and attractions. There is supermarket located a few minutes walk up the road which is very convenient.

nothing i didn't like everything was great. It is located on the first floor and I didn't see an elevator this may be an issue for someone but did not impact me

Comfortable stay in an upmarket location of Plymouth.

Ideal location for getting into Plymouth City Centre and The Hoe. The apartment was tastefully designed and decorated. Powerful shower. Communication with the owner was excellent, Korina provided all the information we needed for our stay and thoughtfully provided fresh milk and snacks on arrival.

Not a problem with the apartment but there were a lot of children riding bikes around the private parking area pulling wheelies and getting close to the cars.

the accomodation was beautiful, the house the apartment was in was stunning and we were so impressed with the size and space and decor!! our host left a lovely note including instructions, favorite places in the area and all the 'needs to know' information! above and beyond expectations for our stay,

the people next door were rather noisy, no fault of the owner or property whatsoever, we could just hear them coming in and out and speaking outside our front door a lot
