L appartement est très bien situé, confortable et les propriétaires très agréables

Un peu bruyant en soirée

Super locatie. Mooie grote ruimte. Mooi stapelbed voor onze dochter.

Er hing soms een raar luchtje. Ook in de koelkast, maar dat werd opgelost. Bed was misschien wat zacht.

La ubicación era perfecta para nuestro grupo.Eramos cuatro amigas recién acabado los estudios celebrando nuestro nueva etapa en la vida .Estuvimos muy cómodas y tuvimos una seguridad con los propietarios que nos ampollaban en todo lo que necesitábamos .Sobre todo mi madre que al escribirlos se relajó y nos dejó en paz .Mis padres han dicho que se van apuntar el próximo verano.Teniamos cerca el puerto el mercado veíamos la vida cotidiana y Niza es un sitio estratégico para coger trenes y ver todos los alrededores.UN ACIERTO PARA NUESTRO PRIMER VIAJE ….

Outside space was essential to our accommodation search. Whilst the "Terrace" is technically outside space, it is not clear from the photos that this is actually at the bottom of a light well and has a plastic roof, so no sunshine and no view, except of feral pigeons and a clutter of children's bike, masks, buckets and spades, bug sprays etc. stuffed in the corner. Also, to avoid the noise and recirculated air from the air conditioning unit you need to turn off all the aircon in the flat, otherwise it blows hot, dirty air into your face when you sit on the sofa. As per other reviews the photos of the apartment do not represent how it is now. There is a proliferation of kids things throughout, making it feel more like a children's nursery than the minimalist photos shown on booking.com. This was not the vibe we were looking for and we would never have chosen this apartment if we had known this, especially considering what the "outside space" actually was! I think it is only right that update your booking.com page to make it more accurate, otherwise more of your guests will be disappointed on arrival like we were.
