Nice Renting - 2PHILIBERT - Bohemian Terrace Port & Green Promenade

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city. Everything is close, the train station, the port, the promenade and everything is within walking distance, an ideal place for walks and exploring the city. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is practically furnished and fully equipped, everything was prepared and the apartment was clean. The apartment was handed over without any problems and everything was OK. A big advantage is the balcony for morning breakfast and evening sitting. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for practical housing at a reasonable price.

Apartmant is close to Old City, close to train station you can visit Monaco/ Monte Carlo, shops are close too.. Honestly top apartmant for this price...You need 10 minutes by walk to arrive everywhere

The bed is located in the exact same room as the shower and sink. Because of this, the unpleasant sewage smell and high humidity/dampness from the shower go straight into the sleeping area, which was very uncomfortable. Lack of basic amenities: no coffee, tea, or laundry detergent. When we asked the host, they told us these were not provided. As an experienced traveler who uses short-term rentals regularly, this is the first time I've seen a place without basic tea and coffee, and guests should be warned about this beforehand. The dishwashing sponge was also old, used, and damp, so we had to buy our own as it was unpleasant to use. Small details like this cheapen the overall impression of the property. The kitchen table was wobbly, and the balcony was extremely noisy, making it uncomfortable to eat there.
