Sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr gut. Zimmer praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist, dass es zwei Bäder gibt. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, wenn man kochen möchte. Die Wohnung war sauber bei Ankunft.
Wir konnten vor der Anreise trotz diverser Versuche keinen Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung aufnehmen. Wir haben dann sogar die booking.com Hotline nutzen müssen. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgte anschließend über einen Schlüsselkasten mit Code.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Direkt vor der Tür hat es mehrere gute Restaurants. 5 Minuten vom Hafen und der Tramstation entfernt.
Das WC ist ziemlich klein

De locatie was top. 2slpk en 2 bdk. Dus ideaal met 4 en goed uitganspunt naar verschillende omliggende locaties. Monaco, Eze, Villefranche, Saint Jean,... Komen 3 keer op een jaar naar Nice en qua locatie is dit top
Vergane glorie ten opzichte van de mooie foto's en het was niet echt proper. Een heel gedoe om aan de sleutel te geraken, Heel kleine bdk maar op zich niet zo erg gezien we elkaar allemaal goed kennen en dus de deur opengelaten hebben
