The location is excellent as a base to explore Nice. Accommodation is spacious and clean.
The shower head has lost its attaxchment to the bracket so we had to hold it by hand. We reported it to the host but nothing was done.
There is no kettle in the property.

Great location, clean , and convenient. Near train station. The host very responsive.
No shower mount. It would be better to give all the check in and check out information early in an email or in the room rather than sending a message later.
