Rental ideally located in the most fashionable area of the city near Place du Pin on the top floor with elevator 2 steps from the sea and old Nice. Station of blue bikes and blue cars at the foot of the building. This 40 m2 crossing rental has a 20 m2 terrace and a 10 m2 balcony. It has been completely renovated and has reversible air conditioning. The fact of being on the top floor (6th floor) makes this rental very quiet and little affected by noise from the street. Would be nice if owner provided info on trams, local market locations, restaurants etc. a 2nd set of keys would also be good. Also the dvd player did not work. Also written info on how to use the washer.

We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s place. It is well located, a good size for two, and particularly enjoyed the two balconies. A short walk to some good restaurants and old town. We would be happy to stay again.

Absolutely stunning apartment, great location by the port, loads of restaurants, shops and bars seconds from the apartment. Easy access to the tram. Stunning double balcony / terrace much bigger than most in Nice and also on the top floor. The host is so lovely and kind
