Great Apartment in a really good location. Plenty of bars & restaurants nearby with the old town also only a short walk. Close to all the action but apartment was very quiet so perfect balance. Nice Riquier train station within walking distance so easy access to neighbouring towns along the riviera.
Nestor and Jeeves app is very good, key collection easy and Lisa was very helpful in arranging late check out for me. A great trip and would recommend.
Very small criticism the light on the air con shines directly in the bedroom, but not a big problem.

2nd time in Nice. Stayed for 3 weeks. Apartment is perfect! It’s spacious - clean - good location - quiet and has everything you need. I hope to return every October.
Suggest a clothes drying rack and espresso pot. Also for 3 wks rental should have 2 sets of bed sheets.
