Location was great , near the Port , close to transport links and also bars and restaurants
Everything was fine , decor maybe a bit dated and mattress uncomfortable but didn’t spoil our holiday

Very good location. We stayed 5 nights in Nice based in this apartment but travelled a lot, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Monaco, Menton etc. Every time the location of the apartment was perfect to catch the bus or tram or train. It was small but convenient, we had our breakfast in its cute balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was too hot but the fan in the common area and the lamp+ventilator at the ceiling saved the nights.
The sofa bed was not very comfortable. But this was not a big problem for a short stay.

amazing location!
Could have been cleaner for our arrival. No air conditioning which is an absolute must in summer but that was our fault for not checking.
