Very nice 2p with all comfort, city center Ac/wifi

La posizione è eccezionale: a due passi da Piazza Garibaldi, ristoranti, bar e supermercati. È tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, dalla città vecchia alla spiaggia, passando per Piazza Massena. L'host è stato super reattivo e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno fantastico.

L'unica pecca è stata il divano letto in soggiorno, non particolarmente comodo. La porta d'ingresso non chiude bene. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

the kitchen was very badly equipped, no wine glasses, only one sharp knife etc. made cooking at home quite difficult even though the kitchen was very large. the lock box being around a 15 minute walk away added another stress on travelling days especially in 30 degree heat with lots of luggage:

The floor under the bed in the dining room was dirty and full of dust. There was no hair dryer, which is an important item and was missing. Despite informing the host, he did nothing to provide one. It should have been checked before admitting admitting new customers. It is not nice to shower in the morning and go outside with wet hair, unable to style it. It was very difficult to enter the main door due to a key problem. I noticed the same issue in previous reviews. It seems the host avoids complaints instead of finding a solution. We noticed some residents use a door key fob to enter the building; he could have provided one instead of the old-style non-fitting key. When we could not enter the building, we texted, called and sent a WhatsApp message. However, the host did not reply. I do not expect him to remain on standby, but at least on the first of admission, the host should be more alert to ensure a smoothless entry. I have stayed in many places, and the host always sends message or contacts to check if everyhting is smooth.
