Entire home / floor 1 of the building niçois in the district of the port / Bonaparte. Apartment for 4 people + baby (bed, high chair, bath, games and toys), small balcony, air conditioning (summer / winter), double glazing, functional, comfortable, everything you need for your daily life. WIFI connection. Close to all transport and shops. No need for a car. Ideal for a simple and easy stay!
Access from the airport with bus 98, from the tgv station with the tram. Crossing the famous Piazza Garibaldi, you arrived 500 m further.
You have a 2 rooms of 44 m2 ventilated with double glazing and good sound insulation. Air-conditioned (summer / winter). Comfortably equipped and pleasantly furnished.

Apartamento luminoso e insonorizado, agradable, cómodo y limpio, situado en un barrio histórico y bien comunicado con todo el transporte (avión, tren, bus). Ideal para descubrir Niza y la Costa Azul sin coche. Recibimiento amable. Niza es recomendable en cualquier época del año, la próxima vez repito con vosotros. Os recomiendo a mis amigos!

Appartement lumineux et spacieux dans lequel on se sent bien de suite. Bien équipé et bien agencé. J''ai effectué plusieurs séjours dans ce même appartement à différentes saisons grâce à la climatisation réversible. Cet appartement est idéalement situé car tout est facilement accessible à pied et si on veut découvrir au delà de Nice, les transports sont à proximité. Je ne trouverai pas mieux ailleurs. Je recommande l'appartement de Martine sans modération.
