Cleanliness, updated, location
Simple things like some more toilet paper to start out with. Having a second key and fob with a large would make a huge difference.

We spent a few amazing days with colleagues in the apartment which is very modern, spacious and has a superb location, just on the edge of Nice's old town. Everything was clean and modern, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Window blinds would be nice – the curtains keep out most of the morning sunlight, but not all. Also, it is probably not something that the operators of this flat can do something about but the staircase is quite run-down.

Nothing! Only thing that could improve it would be to have a small safe to store passports and valuables

Puiki lokacija, centre, šalia uosto. Erdvus, gražus butas su siaurais balkonais.
Greita reakcija i žinutes/skambučius.
Bute smirdėjo kanalizacija. Kvapas sklido iš skalbimo mašinos vamzdžių ir jautėsi visame bute.
Voniose neveikė šildymas.
Svetainėje šildymo nebuvo, tad lapkričio mėn buvo šalta, kituose kambariuose buvo galima pasišildyti kondicionieriumi.
4 aukštas, be lifto.
Seno tipo durys, kurios užsikirto ir teko kviesti pagalbą.
