Super comfortable and had everything I could’ve possibly wanted

Incredible amenities and cleanliness

The only thing I would say is the door is a bit stiff to get open and hard to turn the extra lock from the inside (which isn’t even necessary to have the door locked)

I enjoyed my stay here in Livorno

It was very convenient for the port and shopping areas and about a 20 minute walk to the promenade. The apartment was excellent and had modern bathroom and had an elevator to the apartment

I didn’t like the complicated on line check in we had to go through. I had already sent the property copies of our travel documents but had to do it again on this on line form. It proved very tricky as our internet signal wasn’t good and had to remember to do it the day before. There was also a charge of €12 for our linen which wasn’t obvious when we booked. I consider that should have been covered in the price of the room. This complicated system of check in and the linen charge is why I haven’t given them top marks

Alles was duidelijk, schoon, compleet en netjes. Als je het pand van buiten en in de hal ziet verwacht je niet dat zich achter de voordeur zo'n keurig appartement bevindt. De host heeft keurig instructies opgeschreven over de sleutel, alles in het huis, de parkeerplaatsen etc. Contact met de host was ook zeer goed.

Es war sehr unkompliziert.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr kurz, da wir die Übernachtung zum erreichen einer zeitig fahrenden Fähre genutzt haben. Dafür war sie aber perfekt. Lage und zeitunabhängiges ein- und auschecken. Für mehrere Übernachtungen perfekt ausgestattet.

+ freundliche & hilfsbereite digitale Betreuung + voll ausgestattete, praktische und moderne Wohnung zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, inkl. Aufzug + fußläufige Nähe zu Bars, Restaurants & Lebensmittelläden + akzeptables Wlan & gutes TV

+/- man kann die aktiven Mitbewohner im Haus deutlich hören, sowie den Lärm von draußen, Oropax wird empfohlen +/- Parken geht nur in der Tiefgarage durchgehend, zu entsprechenden Kosten - Umgebung ist nicht besonders attraktiv (Klein-Venedig ist arg übertrieben…)

Es un apartamento en un bloque de viviendas particulares y es perfecto, cómodo, todo nuevo y con todo lo que puedas necesitar, está en el mismo puerto. El propietario muy pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada, y nos dejó un detalle encima de la mesa. TODO PERFECTO!!!!
