Apartment met our expectations, so we will come back for sure.

Awesome and quiet location, closed and private garage (still fits for mid-size SUV), spacious balcony and beautiful view to the sea.

It would be nice if it were possible to open the windows in the kitchen and the small room.

Perfect apartment near the harbor of Bastia.

Perfect location. We only spent a night and the stay was super comfortable. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. An individual garage box was of big plus for us.

Lovely clean apartment. We only had a short stay but it was a comfortable one. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Very close to the ferry port if you are getting an early ferry like us.

Everything was great. A microwave would be useful though 😊

Very good apartment on a good location. Private parking in the building. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Near you have lots of restaurants. Host was on time to give us the keys. Recommend it!

Blick auf Hafen und zentrale Lage

Modernes sauberes Apartment, separates Schlafzimmer mit Fenster, tolle Terrasse mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen und Blick auf den Hafen. Sehr bequemes Bett, schönes Bad, tolle Küche mit voller Ausstattung. Schöne und sichere Anlage, Wohnung mit Aufzug erreichbar. Lage am Hafen ist perfekt, gegenüber ist Porta a Mare mit ein paar Shops und Restaurants (Café mit Terrasse, etc.). Der Hafen, Fortezza Vecchia und Venezia Nuova sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Frischen Fisch kann man morgens früh direkt bei den Fischern kaufen (früh aufstehen!) Die Garage ist in der Tiefgarage unter dem Gebäude in einem separaten Bereich. Sie ist hell und sauber, aber klein. Ein kleiner SUV passt.

Tolle Wohnung, in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der grosse Balkon mit dem Blick auf den Hafen, man kann stundenlang den Schiffen zuschauen. Die Lage ist perfekt und man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Für weitere Ausflüge kann man den Bus nehmen, der gleich neben der Wohnung hält. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und begrüsst einen persönlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Für uns war es der perfekte Aufenthalt in Livorno und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

geniale Lage (für uns) Nähe zur Stadtmitte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage mit eigenem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz, der Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen (beim selbstgemachten Essen die Fähren und Kreuzfahrtschiffe zu beobachten... genial). Zum baden muss man, mit dem Auto fahren, kann man aber verschmerzen . Gute Größe mit 1 Kind, schöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Freundlicher Vermieter.

Eine Bratpfanne wäre gut , ein einfaches Gewürzrondel wäre hilfreich

Elogio semplice al Sig. Fabio che con gentilezza , empatia , disponibilità è stato attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. L'appartamento è pulito , accogliente, luminoso e ubicato in zona comoda. Il box auto , nel tunnel dei garages, consente l'accesso in appartamento direttamente dall'interno. Grazie davvero di tutto. Da rifare.

Découverte de Livourne, appartement agréable et pratique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Livourne. L’appartement correspond à la description, la terrasse est un plus avec une vue dégagée sur le port. Les pièces sont bien aménagées et les équipements en bon états et fonctionnels. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville et la proximité d’un arrêt de bus. Il y a une zone commerciale avec des restaurants juste en dessous, très pratique.

Le seul point négatif est le confort au niveau du matelas, nous avons eu du mal à trouver le sommeil.

Sehr angenehmer Zwischenstopp mit nettem Gastgeber und toller Terrasse

Sehr geräumige Unterkunft. Geschirr und Handtücher waren komplett. Lage optimal, Innenstadt in wenigen gehminuten zu erreichen. Sehr viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unten im Haus ein COOP, wo man morgen frische Brötchen usw. bekommt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Host. Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf den Hafen. Strassenabgewandt. Doppelt verschlossene Tiefgarage mit nochmlas eigener Einzelgarage, so dass niemand das Auto sehen konnte.

Bett mit nur einer durchgehenden Matraze. Jedensmal wenn sich einer bewegt ist der andere wach. Wir haben die 4 Nächte sehr schlecht geschlafen. Darüberhinaus nur ein Bettlaken, kein Inlet. Fenster waren tw. marode und konnten nicht oder schlecht geöffnet werden

Modernes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in perfekter Lage nahe dem Hafen. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Fabio war perfekt. Es gibt einen sicheren Garagenplatz für Fahrzeuge bis 2 Meter Höhe.

Bella terrazza ottima posizione.

Accolti all’orario preferito da noi. Comodissimo il parcheggio. La casa è molto carina, con una terrazza da cui si vede il mare e in cui si può anche mangiare grazie a un tavolo e a quattro sedie. Il vicinissimo centro commerciale con ristorante e supermercati rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole e pratico.

Schlüsselübergaben perfekt. Tolle Lage mit gutem Blick vom Balkon auf den Häfen. Wohnung etwas klein aber alles drin was man so braucht, da fehlt nichts! WLAN ausreichend. Ruhige Umgebung aber doch zentrale Lage. Auch das Auschecken war problemfrei. Toller Gargenplatz in der Tiefgarage 2 Stockwerke unter der Wohnung. Fabio sehr hilfsbereit, persönlicher Kontakt, nicht anonym wie es leider immer wieder anzutreffen ist.

Vielleicht ein kleiner Tisch vor dem Sofa, so zum Glas abstellen u.a.
