Great apartment

Very nice and spacious apartment. Just like in the pictures. It was a pleasant stay, although it was a little cold so we had to warm it up with AC. The apartment was clean, well equipped with simple check in instructions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good spot for city tours and walks along the seaside. Close to amazing wine store and nice restaurants.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was es braucht und noch mehr für ein paar Tage in Livorno!

Die Lage ist TOP! Direkt vor der Haustüre gibt es x PP....natürlich sind immer alle gut besetzt, aber in den 3 Tagen wo wir dort waren, hatten wir immer welche gefunden. Die Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich GUT ausgestattet und mit Dingen die auch sinnvoll sind (Bsp Mikrowelle um die Milch für den Shoppen aufzuwärmen ;-- vorallem die Mikrowelle WAR einwandfrei SAUBER!!!). Die Wohnung verfügte über 2 Zimmer mit grossen Betten. Wir als Familie konnte daher, uns gut aufteilen. Also daher sehr empfehlenswert für Familien! Die Betten resp. das "Ehebett" war sehr bequem und es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr "geschmacksvoll" für ital. Verhältnis eingerichtet und das wichtigste, es war SEHR SAUBER! DAAANKE! Das Bad, war eher klein, aber da reichte völlig aus! Man konnte sogar die Badetücher danach vor dem Fenster raushängen, sehr gut überlegt- Die Küche sehr modern und wie oben schon erwähnt, alles sehr im sauberen Zustand. Auch war es eher ruhig und daher zum schlafen, optimal (gut ausser im kleinen Zimmer, da dort gleich die Strasse war, aber was ist meckern auf hohen Niveau)! Es gab mehrere Klimageräte, wo man vor dem Schlafen gut die Wohnung runterkühlen konnte... Gleich gegenüber gibt es div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop etc..) und überall wo man hingeht, kleine Restaurants, etc. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und das "einchecken" und "auschecken" lief problemlos ab. Kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die Taste im Bad fürs WC, läuft leider nicht einwandfrei ;-) mit etwas Geduld geht es aber jedes mal ;-) aber das ist auch das einzige was uns gestört hat - ansonsten alles TOP! Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, dies sollte man bedenken (falls jemand keine Treppen steigen kann ;-))

Soggiorno molto piacevole

L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole. Si trova in ottima posizione vicino al lungomare, al supermercato, ai ristoranti e alle fermate dell'autobus. Facile il check in e il proprietario é stato molto gentile e sempre reperibile.

Ligging, vrij rustig in n parkje, precies op 1,6km afstand aan weerszijde voor de bezienswaardigheid en strand. Mooie keuken met alle apparatuur. Aandacht besteedt aan kleuren in het appartement. Een kleine badkamer, maar een fijne douche.

Struttura per rapporto qualità spazio pulizia eccezionale. Strategico il posto con ipermercato e parcheggio coperto nelle prossimità preservando comunque l insonorizzazione dal traffico. Consigliatissimo per soggiorni brevi anche di lavoro. Ristrutturazione recentissima e di gusto sobrio ma non banale. Pulizia top.
