Excellent property in a good location for exploring Livorno

Modern and spacious. Well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Host was amazing- so helpful with every query we posed and provided lots of helpful local information both before and during our stay

Recently refurbished, very clean apartment. The owner is very helpful and responsive: example, we asked for any air fresheners to be removed as my wife is allergic to them - and they were.

It’s a traditional Italian apartment block; so the neighbours are audible - but not intrusive.

Perfetto per visitare Livorno e averci tutte le comodità sotto casa!

Appartamento perfetto in tutto!! pulitissimo e con grandi spazi. La posizione permette di raggiungere sia il centro che il meraviglioso lungo mare a piedi. Praticamente sotto casa c'è una vastissima scelta di ristoranti,bar,pizzerie,sushi oltre al nuovissimo centro commerciale porta a Mare. Alessio ci ha fornito tutte le info necessarie ed è stato super disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta! Torneremo sicuramente a Livorno a CASA MADDALENA!!

Tutto più che bene!

L'appuntamento è delizioso, luminoso e ben posizionato. A pochi minuti a piedi dal Centro Commerciale Porta a Mare e dal centro di Livorno. Il quartiere è veramente tranquillo. Gli ambienti più che spaziosi, davvero pulitissimo. Ogni stanza climatizzata autonomamente. E l'host Alessio è di una cortesia e di una disponibilità squisite. Raccomandiamo senz'altro!

Bell'appartamento con accessibilita' difficile con passeggini ed impossibile con sedie a rotelle.

L'accessibilita' e' stata difficoltosa con i bambini, c'e' un ascensore molto piccolo e comunque non collega il livello stradale al livello dell'appartamento in quanto rimangono 2 rampe di scale ripide da fare a piedi. Sarebbe piu' corretto che nella descrizione dei servizi questo fosse chiaro.

Le stanze erano grandi e ben dotate, condizionatori utili e presenti in ogni stanza della camera.

I materassi di entrambe le camere erano scomodi e duri

Estancia en familia en Livorno.

El piso muy limpio😊, todo super nuevo, muy cómodas las camas y todo muy bien organizado y muy moderno.

No tenía lavadora y cuando pedimos un cambio de toallas, nos quiso cobrar 25€, a parte no habían productos de limpieza para repasar el, baño y que si queríamos servicio de limpieza otros 50€, si vas más de 4 días llevar mucha ropa y toallas de recambio.
