It consists of an entrance hall, terrace where you can also eat, a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave dryer, refrigerator / freezer Nespresso machine and more. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed with wardrobe and also a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, marble top with built-in sink, a shower and a bathtub.
The apartment has independent heating and free WI-Fi.
For those who have a car there is a parking area on request with a gate at 20 meters from the house in the same street for 6 euros a day.

We had a great time in Fabrizio´s apartment in Livorno. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre, beautifully decorated, very clean and also has a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
This deserves a top rating without any doubt!

Our stay in Livorno has truly surpassed all of our expectations.
We have really loved staying in this wonderful apartment, it really did feel like our home during the month that we stayed and appreciated the amenities that it provided us.
We came to realize that this apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood of Livorno with many local conveniences like the PAM Supermarket and Bakery just 100 meters away.
Fabrizio and Patrizia are very warm and thoughtful hosts.

The apartment was as we expected from the several photographs posted. The owner Fabrizio was very welcoming, showed us the apartment and explained some of the features that we needed for our 2 month stay. Both he and his wife were very gracious in recommending some of the sites in Livorno worth a visit such as the various museums and the Sanctuary in Montenero, a short bus ride from the center. Te apartment was situated near mini supermarkets, coffee bars, restaurants and close to the shopping areas. All in all we have very much enjoyed our stay in Livorno, certainly worth a stay for awhile.

Fabrizio was a great host and was always available to offer information which enhanced our stay. At the end of our stay he drove us to the train station which was a great help.The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and we would certainly stay in it again. The rooms were all tastefully furnished to a very high standard and the attention to detail was most noticeable. There was a sense of quality about the place from the beautiful solid wood floors to the perfect tiling in the bathroom. The apartment is full of small details like little frescos above the doors and carefully applied gold coloured lines which enhance the appearance of the door openings.Fabrizio is an architect and his experience and training are certainly reflected in the finished product.The apartment has a lovely balcony which overlooks a well tended garden. Perfect for breakfast and then a glass or three of wine in the evening. All the rooms are generously proportioned and the kitchen is very well equipped. The kitchen drawer contains, among lots of other essential items, an implement which may be used to extract the innards from a courgette - or maybe not. I really should have asked Fabrizio.In conclusion, probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in.
