A short walk from the city centre, a short distance from the port, in a historic, peaceful and quiet area (near the "La Venezia" district) and in a small building, the ground floor apartment has a nice entrance and a charming private garden.
Completely renovated with care, in typical rustic Tuscan style, with wooden beams, bricks and exposed arches, it preserves the remaining architectural aspects of an ancient convent of Franciscan friars from the end of the 18th century.
The entire apartment and the private garden are at the complete disposal and access of guests.
Historic and typical district of the city, in a strategic position to visit the places of greatest artistic/tourist interest in the city (the "La Venezia" district, the "Fortezza Nuova", the "Bottini dell'Olio", ..) or to quickly access the port of embarkation for ferries or cruises.
