Excellent place to stay

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. It was in a great location. It has all the cooking facilities and equipment.

Moderne Ferienwohnung, aber mit versteckten Kosten

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung in einer Seitenstraße nah am Zentrum von Livorno. Spülmaschine und getrenntes Schlafzimmer waren für uns mit Baby sehr praktisch, Küche praktikabel ausgestattet. Günstiges Parkhaus Odeon nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Wohnungseingang geht direkt auf die Straße raus, ebenso das größte Fenster. Andere kleine Fenster schauen zum kleinen Innenhof, Wohung daher insgesamt etwas dunkel, keine Aussicht. Kaltweißes Licht im Wohnzimmer scheint in Italien ein Trend zu sein. Alles keine größeren Kritikpunkte. ABER: Vor der Anreise muss man einen relativ aufwändigen Online-CheckIn Prozess durchlaufen, alle Pässe fotografieren und samt eines Selfies hochladen. Das gibt es auch bei anderen Unterkünften, bei denen niemand vor Ort ist, ist also zwar etwas nervig, aber tolerabel. Am Ende dessen kann man noch Zusatzleistungen buchen und soll zudem für "Handtücher & Bettwäsche" nochmal knapp 20€ bezahlen (nicht abwählbar, also versteckte Kosten), obwohl diese laut Booking inklusive sind. Auch das Babybett ist laut Booking kostenfrei, soll im CheckIn dann aber nochmal 10€ kosten. Auf unsere Beschwerde beim Gastgeber und schließlich bei Booking hieß es dann, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche seien nicht inklusive und der Gastgeber werde dies auf Booking korrigieren. Der Gastgeber versuchte uns weiter mit vielen Nachrichten dazu zu bewegen, den CheckIn-Prozess rasch abzuschließen. Erst als wir daraufhin erklärten, dass wir dann eben unsere Schlafsäcke und eigene Handtücher benutzen, wurde der CheckIn ohne Zusatzzahlung freigeschaltet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren trotzdem vorhanden, es ist auch niemand vor Ort, um die Austattung ggf. anzupassen. Vielmehr entstand der Eindruck, dass der Gastgeber hier an Booking vorbei zusätzliche Einnahmen generieren will.

Tutto perfetto

Più che perfetto. Check in facilissimo, disponibilità del gestore, struttura ben tenuta, comoda sia per la posizione, sia come immobile. In cucina c’erano tutti gli utensili utili e anche i consumi di base come olio, sale, zucchero. Il letto era comodissimo e tutto funzionava perfettamente (ad es. nessun problema con condizionatore). Tutto studiato e ben pensato per far stare bene gli ospiti. Il 10 se lo meritano tutto perché c’è molto impegno e attenzione nel rendere un ottimo servizio e questo non è scontato. Faccio presente anche che la struttura è al piano terra quindi è perfetta per ospiti con ridotte capacità motorie. Consigliatissimo e complimenti ai gestori!

Soggiorno piacevole. Appartamento da prendere in considerazione nelle prossime visite a Livorno

Appartamento pulito, curato nel design e nei particolari, arredi nuovi, dotato di tutti i comfort. Particolare attenzione alla sicurezza con la dotazione di un estintore e il kit di pronto soccorso. Molto gradito il piccolo presente di benvenuto. Gestore molto cordiale e disponibile.

Iniziamo dalla disponibilità del proprietario, gentile e accogliente. L'appartamento è completamento ristrutturato pari al nuovo e con al suo interno tutti i confort per trascorrere un soggiorno eccellente. Quindi faccio questa recensione per consigliarlo a tutti. Io sicuramente su Livorno tornerò perché mi sono trovato veramente alla grande.

É o segundo Airbnb que fico. Ambos nota 10. O Alessio é de uma educação e gentileza. As moças da limpeza são ótimas. Podem se hospedar. Recomendo.
