very good stop for those on their way by a ferry

parking nearby- get in touch with Jonathan before arrival about it close to port, quick to embark very good coffee in the kitchen spatious rooms, very cosy

noise coming from the street below, would probably require window insulation to fix but would make a huge difference

Ottima posizione, specialmente per raggiungere il teatro, vicina alla passeggiata a mare e al centro commerciale. Parcheggio al coperto vicino e comodissimo. Pulizia delle stanze ottima, camera e soggiorno grandi e confortevoli.

Appartamento ben tenuto e pulito, con tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la posizione vicino anche ad un bel centro commerciale e a pochi passi dalla terrazza Mascagni. Molto utile il parcheggio messo a disposizione.

Zona un po' rumorosa di sera e magari potrebbe essere un po' faticoso, per chi soggiorna con molti bagagli, il fatto che l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore.

Sehr netter persönlicher Kontakt zu Jonathan. Hotelausstattung. Super Restaurantempfehlung. Parkplatz in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage.

Es war schon etwas laut. So ist es halt in italienischen Städten. 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Geht, muss man aber wissen.

Nah am Hafen, Größe der Wohnung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Eigentümer super.

Sehr hellhörig und Lärm in der Nacht von der Straße - ansonsten gute Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp.

Alloggio impeccabile per pulizia, servizi e prossimità al centro ed al porto. Parcheggio in prossimità dell'alloggio.

Difficile riposare bene a causa del rumore proveniente dalla strada.

Appartamento ben fornito, pulito e ordinato. Proprietario disponibile e gentile, ci ha messo a disposizione anche dell'acqua fresca in una giornata molto calda.

Parcheggio scomodo perché un po' distante, mancanza di ascensore per salire al terzo piano. Situato in zona rumorosa, l'appartamento è pulito, ma con odore di tabacco. Il boiler non funziona in maniera ottimale.

Es war super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, eine großartige Betreuung durch Jonathan, den Vermieter, eine zentrale Lage und eine SEHR komfortable Parksituation! Eine sehr ordentliche und höfliche Hausgemeinschaft. Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wahl treffen.

Tatsächlich war die erste Nacht etwas laut, liegt aber wie gesagt auch an der zentralen Lage. Wir hatten uns schnell daran gewöhnt.

Perfekt für die Fährüberfahrt, aber auch für länger sehr gut geeignet.

Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage und man kann von da aus Livorno perfekt erkunden. Der Gastgeber Jonathan ist extrem hilfsbereit. Danke Jonathan für diesen perfekten Service. Auch die Park Situation ist perfekt gelöst.

Výhodou tohoto ubytování pro nás byla blízkost přístavu a parkování. Byt je čistý a dobře vybavený. Hostitel Jonathan byl velmi ochotný.

Ulice je opravdu velmi hlučná dlouho do noci a okna netěsní. Doporučuji špunty do uší.

Piacevole Soggiorno a Livorno

Accoglienza E Simpatia di Jonathan. Comodità di avere un parcheggio in città. Vicinanza col porto considerando lo sbarco in orario di cena è stato tatticamente perfetto. Tantissimi posticini carini dove poter mangiare.

Purtroppo unica nota negativa se proprio devo dirlo è stata la nottata molto rumorosa. Per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli non abituati alla città non è propriamente il massimo.
