Great place to stay in Livorno

Really enjoyed the property - easy access, great location next to restaurants and city centre, and secluded with plenty of space and outside sitting area (great spot to enjoy morning coffee). Our family really enjoyed our time here and Gabriele had everything ready for us. Much appreciated. A great place to stay.

Beautiful apartment, unfriendly host.

The apartment is very clean and in very good condition. It offers anything you may need. From coffee machine to extra duvets. Good location.

Unfortunately, check in was everything but smooth and comfortable. We asked for a late check in between 21:00 and 22:00 which was approved upon booking. We informed the host about every step of our travels and when we would arrive. We arrived a few minutes after 21:00. Still, the hosts seemed very unhappy about our arrival time. They were unfriendly and unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not return because of this.

It was a great place to spend a few days decompressing, with easy access to everything we needed.

Spotless, beautiful and comfortable. The owner was gracious and welcoming.

It could be made better by the addition of a microwave and reading lamp in the living room, but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!

Stanza e bagno sporco. Persino la carta igienica già usata a metà. Lenzuolo singolo in letto matrimoniale. Materasso da spezzare la schiena. Macchina del caffè non funzionante. Impossibile parlare telefonicamente con host. Mai più..

Appartement spacieux propre confortable et bien équipé, proche du quartier sympathique du marché mais néanmoins très calme. Un rapport qualité prix excellent.

les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas. Et surtout la procédure informatisée pour récupérer les clés est extrèmement complexe et énervante, peu adaptée à des personnes agées comme nous. Il nous a fallu, après avoir passé un bon moment pour nous enregistrer informatiquement, en plus, téléphoner pour avoir le code pour récupérer les clés, ce n'était pas envoyé automatiquement, ce qui était inquiétant et mal pratique. C'est dommage car pour le reste il s'agit d'un excellent hébergement.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato alcuni aspetti migliorabili. Il bagno presentava odore di umidità, fughe della doccia con tracce di muffa e mancava un ripiano per sapone o shampoo. La macchina del caffè non era funzionante, nonostante le capsule lasciate a disposizione. La lavatrice aveva segni di ruggine e muffa. In cucina erano disponibili solo tre tazze, mentre eravamo quattro ospiti (l’appartamento è indicato per cinque persone). Le aree esterne e comuni risultavano piuttosto trascurate, con presenza di sporco e odori sgradevoli. È stato fornito un solo mazzo di chiavi, necessario per mantenere la corrente in casa, limitando così la libertà di uscire o rientrare individualmente. Inoltre, la tassa di soggiorno addebitata è stata di 20 €, diversa da quella indicata su Booking.

Una posizione a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare, vicina al mercato generale in una zona tranquilla. Ci siamo fermati solo una notte. Supermercato vicinissimo.

Solo la posizione perchè è centralissimo. Sconsigliato a chi viaggia in macchina per le grosse difficoltà a trovare posto in pieno centro.

Struttura tenuta male con mobili vecchi e sopratutto tenuti male, all'interno di un palazzo vecchio e sporco. Odori nauseanti nei dintorni.

Posizione in quartiere popolare ma tranquillo anche di sera .Posizione centrale. Solo un po' lontana ma fattibile (30 minuti a piedi) dalla terrazza Mascagni e dall' acquario
