Great location, surprisingly quiet
The location was excellent, quiet but close to small shops, bars and bus stop for centre and station, also large park and open air cafe. Very comfortable bed and good sized bedroom and bathroom. Windows double glazed. Seemed to be lots of hot water, decent shower and effective heating. Also has air con, not that we needed it in March. Had a kettle! Liked the stair case with plants growing down it. The owner was very helpful with arrangements for access and also when we mislaid keys for a few hours.
Some of the kitchen cupboards a bit high unless you are 6ft. Could do with small step up. Bit surprised not be told of scaffolding but in fact most works possibly done. We didn't really notice workmen or any noise though. It is on 2nd floor and no lift so you need good knees.

Todo excelente. La amabilidad con que nos recibieron y ayudaron. Café, té y facturas para reponernos del viaje. Las grandes ventanas con mosquiteros. Lavarropas. Muy confortable todo
Está un poquito alejado del centro, y son dos pisos por escalera.
