It was clean and very cute place with everything one my need

I didn’t like that after having payed I had to checkin in online and during this process I had to pay extra money for the city tax which looked already payed in booking and for the towels which in my experience so far have been always included in the price. And the worst part about it was that it didn’t feel transparent, one needs to know that they are going to charge you extra in the check in process.

Bad experience with property host, not transparent pricing.

I had originally booked a two-night stay, but it was reduced to just one night because the room temperature was an unbearable 16°C. It was so cold that we actually became sick. The property manager, Alessio, failed to turn on the central heating through the app, and the temperature was locked on a low mode, making it impossible to warm up the room. No heating worked at all, and there was nothing we could do about it. On top of that, there were unexpected extra charges, including a different parking price than what was displayed on Booking.com, and an additional fee for linen, which should be included by default. Overall, this was a deeply uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

FANTASTICO!!!

Sono stata qui per visitare questa bellissima città e ho trovato un alloggio davvero piacevole. Il luogo è molto accogliente e pulito dotato di tutti i servizi necessari: cucina attrezzata, microonde, frigorifero e condizionatore. Il bagno è bellissimo e il letto estremamente comodo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e l’accesso all’abitazione è risultato semplice e senza complicazioni. Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative lo consiglio vivamente! Il posto auto è un plus!!

Semplicemente Fantastico!!!!! Da ripetere sicuramente!!!

Struttura completamente nuova appena ristrutturata!!! L'alloggio è veramente bello ed arredato con tantissimo gusto!!! All'interno è presente ogni comfort e ogni utensile utile in cucina... Il posto auto privato, anche se a pagamento, rende il soggiorno perfetto in quanto la sera non c'è da pensare a dove lasciare l'auto.... il costo poi rimane molto più competivo rispetto ad altri parcheggi privati. Insomma, un soggiorno breve il mio ma sicuramente da ripetere!!!!

Niente!!! era tutto davvero perfetto.... a partire dall'accoglienza, dalla comunicazione con l'host e dalle istruzioni chiare e precise sia per accedere all'immobile che per utilizzare il posto auto!!

Abbastanza pulito e accogliente

In fase di ceck-in abbiamo dovuto pagare oltre la tassa di soggiorno €30 per lenzuola e asciugamani che sull'annuncio non erano menzionati come servizio a pagamento.. In più ho dovuto avvertire che avevamo bisogno di 5 letti pronti con lenzuola e asciugamani... La sorpresa ...e che abbiamo dovuto prepararci anche i letti al nostro arrivo... Mai più ... Tra l'alro La zona è scomoda... Sembrava un buon rapporto qualità prezzo ma poi era meglio un bed and brekfast almeno facevamo anche la colazione con quel prezzo..
