Good for a one night stay but not if you’re a light sleeper.

Clean, close to the train station and good for one night.

Unfortunately, the door and walls are very thin and you can hear people entering the building and talking in the hallway. I found it hard to sleep even with earplugs.

Unsafe

I stayed here for one night and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I was not expecting anything luxurious, but the fact that the main entrance door could barely be opened made me feel insecure. The traditional Tuscan-style door looked charming, but the lock was faulty — it often took 10–15 minutes of effort to make the key turn. The host even sent detailed instructions on how to open it, which says a lot about how difficult the lock really is. When I mentioned that this was stressful, especially since I was not sure I would be able to get back in after going out, the only reply I received was: “If the other people can enter, it must not be that difficult.” As a solo traveller, this made me feel unsafe. In the end, I decided to stay in my room during the evening rather than risk being locked out with no reception or support available. I would highly recommend investing in a new lock for the main entrance, as this would greatly improve the overall experience and sense of security for future guests.

Insomma non è stato male ma nemmeno come mi aspettavo

Il fatto che la struttura sia stata ben pulita, Che le prese fossero funzionanti e l'elettricità della stanza

Le serrature della camera erano difficili da maneggiare era quasi fastidioso, il riscaldamento non funzionava e c'erano troppi letti in camera mentre avevo scelto l'opzione letto matrimoniale a due pensavo che in camera ci sarebbe stato solo il nostro letto

Posizione strategica per le mie necessità (stazione-ospedale).

Ero da solo, stanzone con 5 posti letto spogli. Non ha funzionato il riscaldamento in camera. Posto squallido.

Stanza solo per dormire

Camera spaziosa al piano terra in una buona posizione per arrivarci al porto. Parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura. I bagni in comune erano messi abbastanza bene Abbiamo dormito solo una notte

Si può fare di meglio

Era molto vicino alla stazione, camera spaziosa e molto silenziosa, ho prenotato per una notte in modo da partire la mattina presto e arrivare in 10/15 minuti alla fermata dei treni. Ho notato un bar carino nelle vicinanze

Camera fredda, non c'era il riscaldamento, all'entrata c'era un fortissimo odore di canna, quasi non si respirava. Ho faticato molto per capire il meccanismo per aprire la porta d'ingresso, e con le unghie lunghe è stata un'impresa aprire il lucchetto. Infine non c'era un ascensore e io stavo al piano superiore, avevo due valigie molto pesanti e difficili da sollevare.

Camera freddissima senza riscaldamento, niente TV, bagno in comune, impossibile comunicare con il gestore: non c'era nessuno , irreperibile al telefono e alla E mail.

Una struttura antica con un bel soffitto ma assolutamente non funzionale. Rumorosa, pulizia approssimativa e temperatura

Ho apprezzato la posizione e il self check in

1. Zanzariere assenti e assenza di condizionatore. Quindi o morivo di caldo o mangiate dalle zanzare 2. La chiave non funzionava quindi non ho potuto chiudere a chiave 3. Pulizia dei bagni superficiale 4. Stanza piuttosto rumorosa per via del continuo via vai delle macchine (gli infissi sono piuttosto vecchi) 5. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto deludente

Guest house bien centré. Ok pour une nuit

L’emplacement assez centré et la possibilité de garer son véhicule devant l’entrée.

La douche commune qui était très sale. Il faudrait organiser des tapis de bains pour chaque chambre. La petitesse de la douche Les draps en polyester c’est vraiment le comble de l’inconfort. Le bruit des portes et principalement de celle de l’entrée.

Una camera in posizione buona vicino a servizi importanti tipo stazione e altro ….per il resto avrei un po’ da dire ….ad esempio la pulizia dei bagni lascia a desiderare oltre che la doccia fosse rotta e sono al corrente anche del resto , il rapporto qualità prezzo per me è caro ..comunque io penso di non tornare più in questo posto
