Good apartment

The apartment has a very spacious hallway and rooms, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side. We had the apartment to ourselves, although—if we understood the host correctly—other guests could potentially stay in one of the rooms and share the common areas. If that is the case, I hope this is clearly stated during the booking process, as we didn’t notice any mention of it. We were lucky with parking and managed to park right in front of the entrance. Otherwise, I imagine parking could be quite a bit more complicated. We appreciated the breakfast, although it mainly consisted of sweet snacks, so it wasn’t really a full breakfast. For us, the apartment met our expectations—we only stayed for one night while waiting for the ferry.

As mentioned, the bathroom is really small. What we found particularly inconvenient was the very small shower cabin and the absence of a handheld showerhead, which made it quite difficult to shower without getting your hair wet.

The apartment is excellent, nice, and clean, with everything you need. Excellent hosts: Elisa and her father. The only problem was that we have stayed only one night.

It was a little complicated with the parking. But with our host help we managed to do it.

The owners welcomed me very friendly and were really helpful, trying to assure that my stay would be as good as possible. The location is right in the center of Livorno, close to the market, the port and Restaurants. The room was comfy, everythings new including a well equipped Kirchen. All the best Elisa. :)

Wir sind begeistert und beeindruckt (auch unsere Kinder). Mir tut nur Leid, dass ich nicht genug Trinkgeld lassen konnte

Die Wohnung war groß, hohe Wände, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, tolle Lage, Snacks zum Frühstück und eine Espressomaschine. Der Service war der Beste, den wir je hatten. Die Dame hat sich Zeit genommen alles detailliert und super nett erklärt. Hat sogar der Check in früher machen lassen, weil das Wetter nicht so gut und sich Sorgen um uns gemacht hat. Hat uns erklärt, was wir wo besichtigen können und wo wir essen gehen können. Da waren wir auch und es war super!

Ero in viaggio con un amica e dovevamo soggiornare a Livorno per una notte. Questa è stata una sistemazione perfetta per le nostre esigenze, la comunicazione è sempre stata ottima anche per quanto riguarda l'orario del check-in, visto che arrivavamo con due treni diversi e uno era un po' in ritardo.

Peccato che non potevamo restare di più.

Sì Elisa che Enrico il babbo sono stati ultra disponibili e comprensivi verso il nostro titubare e cambiare tante volte l'orario di arrivo. Poi ci hanno spiegato tutto con gentilezza, hanno aiutato nel trovare la struttura e un parcheggio. La casa è molto carina, arredata con amore, il terrazzo con parecchie piante in vaso, tutto emana un'atmosfera da sentirsi proprio accolti e a casa.

Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort.Ho soggiornato con i miei 3 bimbi e devo dire che non potevo trovare appartamento migliore. Colazione abbondante e con ogni possibilità di scelta. Posizione comodissima al centro. Host gentilissimi, disponibili e prontissimi con i loro consigli su come farci vivere un soggiorno perfetto. Lo straconsiglio. Se dovessimo tornare a Livorno torneremo sicuramente da loro.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schwierig zu finden. Sie ist minimal gekennzeichnet , ist im zweiten Stock und hat keinen erkennbaren Knopf um sich bemerkbar zu machen.Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, obwohl das so vermerkt ist. Viele Einbahnstrassen und Fahrverbote. Die Lage zu Fähre ist sehr gut.
