Mediocre appartement, useful for visiting neighboring towns and the beacht, but nothing more. Appartment could use a tho

Small garden, located near busstops, supermarket close by.

Kitchen was dirty, bathroom wasn’t too clean, mold on the walls in the bathroom, noisy building, all the sounds neighbors made could be heard. Worst part was a cockroach that emerged from a dark corner in the master bedroom.

Дуже приємне місто, не розкручене. Здалось враження, що відпочивають тільки італійці.

Дуже велика квартира. Додатково два місця по два поверхи з трьома кроватями кожне. Реально розміститись 6-8 людей. Кухня зручна, з терасою у дворі. Тихий район, дуже близько автобусна зупинка, щоб дістатись в центр міста (3-4 зупинки) і до жд вокзалу Ліворно. Поряд декілька продуктових магазинів.

На жаль тільки одна поєднана ванна кімната. Пляжі поряд платні (не дуже дешеві). Якщо шукаєте безкоштовний пляж- треба кудись під,їхати. Або прямо напвпроти будинку є пірс зі сходами в море, теж варіант.

Ottima soluzione, non lasciatevelo scappare

Appartamento bello, spazioso, tanti letti, WiFi ottimo, carino il cortiletto esterno, ben accessoriata la cucina. Doccia molto grande e comoda. Gentilissimi i gestori, facile trovarlo ed accedervi. Molto pulito. In cucina tutto il necessario. Dopo citerò piccoli difetti, ma veramente irrilevanti, appartamento che riprenoterò sicuramente, anzi sarebbe comodo affittarlo tutto l'anno per mia figlia in Accademia (se si potesse)

Sarebbe il TOP avere anche una lavatrice, se ne sente la mancanza. La password un po' lunga, metterne una più semplice non inficia la sicurezza ed aiuta. Niente di che, ma le salviette tutte uguali sarebbe stato un tocco in più, come le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale erano come tutta la casa pulitissime, ma rattoppate. Con questo, sono tutti sottigliezze, ottimo alloggio, vera cosa da migliorare è metterci una lavatrice.

Ottimo appartamento

Per me è stata la terza esperienza in questo appartamento che è veramente accogliente, pulito e spazioso. Dotato di climatizzatore, lavatrice. Stoviglie nuove e pulite. Ottima posizione verso il lungomare e vicinissimo ad un market.La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile ma non invadente. Ci tornerò sicuramente
