Lovely stay in Livorno apartment, has all mod cons and pretty courtyard with BBQ

Location is good, within walking distance to beach and shops. Would need to get bus into Livorno or rent a bike and cycle in. Really authentic feel to this location away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Lovely community feel, fresh fruit and veg shop right across from apartment, local butcher was excellent, some some lovely T_bones 😍 👌. Good shopping center in Livorno, great local cafe, check out Barrachino about 5min walk next to the beach great food and very reasonably priced. Learn some basic Italian, the locals really appreciate when you make the effort to speak even a little italian.

You will need shoes on the beach as its mostly rocky terrain.Great location for snorkelling. My 13 y/o loved it. Almost everything closes between 2 to 5/6 similar to siesta in Spain. Be prepared, if arriving at this time.

The Apartment was beyond expectations. Very spacious and really clean. Our host Arianna, is amazing! She provided clear instructions to get to the place easily and was really helpful and courteous. Will book again here when given the chance!

Locația e minunată, în loc linistit , aveam curte la dispoziție cu grătar. Vecini de treabă. Aproape de mare.

Totul a fost în regulă. Nimic nu ne-a deranjat.

Fin leilighet, god beliggenhet, men...

lkke rengjort ordentlig. Mye støv og skitne gulv. Vi måtte vaske alle gulvene tre ganger før det ble ordentlig rent. I tillegg var det mye smådyr på gulvene, visstnok pga at det hadde vært gjort grunnarbeid under huset. Vi måtte sprøyte lister, hjørner, sluk m.v. tre ganger før det fleste var borte. Ikke noe hyggelig. Etter klage fikk vi et lite beløp refundert.

Semplicemente bellissima!

La casa era molto bella e molto spaziosa , comodissima , uguale come nelle foto, tutto in ordine, tutto perfetto. Era in un posto molto favorevole per andare nella spiaggia , per visitare la città . Abbiamo passato benissimo, e per ritornarci, Vogliamo ringraziare anche la signora della casa per la sua disponibilità. Grazie mille!

Empfehlenswertes Apartment für einen Aufenthalt in Livorno.

Unkomplizierte Vermietung. Schlüsselbox und Türcode wurde per Whatsapp vorab geklärt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit 2 Badezimmern, drei Schlafzimmern, einer technisch voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Garten mit BBQ und überdachtem Sitzbereich. Die Küste ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag. Ein paar indirekte Lichter wären im Wohnzimmer schön und würden der Atmosphäre gut tun. Leider gibt es nur eine Deckenlampe, die wenig Charme verstrahlt.

Sehr modern und komfortabel ausgestattetes Appartement. Alles war blitzsauber. Die Besitzerin stand für Fragen sofort zur Verfügung. Die Lage war herrlich ruhig und sicher. Ein Parkplatz fand sich ganz in der Nähe.
