Sunny Sands Apartments

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a high-rise building. The view of the surrounding area is not particularly attractive; you look out onto an apartment block opposite. The apartment is modernly furnished. The fans fail to provide any cooling relief during summer temperatures of 35°C, and there is no air conditioning, so you have to put up with the heat. Access to the apartment is via an elevator. Parking is tight, though we always managed to find a free space.

The televisions only allow for Italian channels—or rather, I couldn't find a way to tune in to other channels. The heat in the apartment is unbearable without air conditioning. Livorno is not necessarily a city worth visiting for its sights; historical landmarks are often overlooked and frequently inaccessible to visitors. However, the sandy beaches of Tirrenia are easily reached in about 30 minutes, offering a place to cool off. Northern Europeans may find the traffic takes some getting used to, and the city is completely packed with parked cars—finding a parking spot becomes a game of hide-and-seek. That said, the city is easily navigable on foot, and shops, bars, and restaurants are always close at hand.

The apartment is spectacular, in a good area, it has parking, a supermarket, it has everything you could want in an apartment, the owner was very friendly.

Siamo arrivati un po’ prima e il host è stato molto gentile. La casa ben organizzata in quanto a spazio. Noi eravamo in 5 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Cucina molto equipaggiata.

L’unica cosa è che non c’era shampoo, e bagno schiuma per 5 persone.

Schöne Wohnung. Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Schöne Lage.

- Es war Tag und Nacht ( vorallem nachts) extrem laut und wir konnten die zwei nächste kaum schlafen.
