Exceptional location and host!

Our room was spacious and well furnished. Our host went above and beyond. He met us at Pisa airport and brough us to the property. We were departing for a cruise the day after our arrival and our host generously took us to the cruise terminal and offered to pick us up when we return. Exceptional!!

Fabulous and comfortable apartment not too far from top attractions

Super comfortable beds, selection of different pillows for different heads, if you are a person who chooses primarily for sleep comfort rent this without hesitation. Parking is free immediately under apartment on the street. You get free parking”Italian breakfast” in the bar around the corner - coffee and croissant or similar. And it is furnished with great taste in my opinion - you can see pictures and see for yourself if you like it too.

Honestly, I cannot say anything bad. It is not center which may be for the best - 15 minutes walk and you reach Arno, 10 more and you are under that famous tower. Maybe not recommended for old people who cannot walk and just want to see tower and go away.

Pulita con impianto Di condizionamento nuovo efficiente e silenzioso. Ottimo il bagno e anche la cortesia del caffè e prodotti per la colazione visto che dovevamo lasciare la stanza vs le 6 per esigenze personali. Host molto Gentile

Wir kommen gerne wieder, Iolly!

Iolly war einfach ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und unglaublich herzlich.Vielleicht wichtig für zukünftige Gäste: Eigentlich hatten wir die Wohnung gemietet, weil wir dachten, dass wir von dort aus leicht am Morgen die Grimaldifähren nach Sardinien erreichen können. Kann man nicht. Die liegen wirklich ziemlich weit entfernt. Wir sind ganz schön erschrocken, als wir es bemerkt haben. Letztendlich haben wir es - Gott sei Dank- gerade noch geschafft. Trotzdem war es eine tolle Wohnung im Zentrum und alleine wegen des netten Iollys würden wir noch einmal kommen.

Die Betten sind für deutsche Verhältnisse vielleicht etwas klein.

Gut gelegen, ruhige und erholsame Nacht

Wir sind sehr spät in Livorno angekommen. Trotzdem hat uns der Vermieter seinen Sohn vorbei geschickt um den Check in zu machen. Er ist dann mit seinen Freunden vorbeigekommen und hat uns alles super erklärt wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben gut geschlafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Bon emplacement mais très difficile de trouver un parking. Accueil très sympathique et accueillant malgré la langue Appartement très spacieux.

Micro ondes ne fonctionne pas. Laisser le mode d'emploi de la climatisation
