Really nice appartment in downtown Livorno, 5 min from the port. The appartment has a partial brick wall ceiling, making it a special experience. The owner Giovanni is very helpful and easy to contact.

La posizione è ottima, parcheggio comodo, pulitissimo, camere e bagni perfetti caldi e accoglienti.e

La cura di ogni particolare, la disponibilità dell'host, la pulizia. Biancheria di ottima qualità, impianto di riscaldamento efficiente, tutto molto comodo e posizione ottimale.

Forse fornirei qualcosa per il primo giorno di colazione, ma in ogni caso c'era il caffè.

Un gioiello nel centro di Livorno

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero eccellente in questo piccolo appartamento a Livorno. È una vera gemma, rifinita in modo lussuoso e curato, tanto da sembrare un piccolo appartamentino di lusso. Giovanni, il proprietario, ci ha accolto con una colazione abbondante e ricca per la mattina successiva. L’appartamento era nuovo, pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort immaginabili per una famiglia di cinque persone, e anche di più. Inoltre, la posizione è centralissima, in un quartiere a due passi dal supermercato e da tutti i servizi necessari. Consigliatissimo, e se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo sicuramente!

Een prachtig appartement vlakbij de haven

Een prachtig appartement, met smaak ingericht! 2 mooie slaapkamers met prima bedden en 2 mooie badkamers. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Slaapbank was prima. Fijn contact via de app met de host, reageert snel op vragen.

Enige nadeel is het parkeren. Erg drukke straat waar je pas na 20 uur kunt parkeren, tot die tijd is het alleen voor vergunninghouders. Op advies van de host geparkeerd op een parking waar we met Easypark konden parkeren, hier hadden we het laatste plaatsje. Het ontbijt staat al klaar bij aankomst, o.a. cruesli, fruit, koeken, pannenkoekjes (nog te bereiden, melk en eieren aanwezig), croissantjes en een stokbroodje. Dit was ideaal voor ons omdat we de ferry moesten halen en dus erg vroeg weg moesten, maar verwacht geen 'normaal' ontbijt.

Splendida chicca a Livorno!

Proprietario gentilissimo! 😁 L'appartamento è davvero speciale. Una vera chicca nel centro di Livorno! Il soffitto a volta con i mattoni a vista, le stanze ampie con tv, oguna con il suo bagno moderno dotato di doccia, wc e bidet. Tutto curatissimo. Bella cucina con ricca colazione compresa nel prezzo e macchina del caffè. Non dimentichiamo la veranda molto a accogliente dove poter mangiare fuori. Mobili particolari, specchi qua e là, vari dettagli sulle mensole da scoprire girovagando tra i locali. Di passaggio per la trasferta in Sardegna siano rimasti solo una notte purtroppo...ma ne è valsa decisamente la pena. Anche la nostra cagnolona si è gustata il soggiorno con aria condizionata.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. :-)

Der perfekte Start in unseren Urlaub in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Stadtwohnung.

Giovanni war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der auf unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt einging. Wir kamen erst spät in der Nacht an und mussten früh morgens zur Fähre. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück stand für uns bereit. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Nähe zum Hafen war perfekt. Giovanni stand immer für Nachfragen zur Verfügung. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Très bien situé, on se gare facilement dans la rue tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied du centre. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Hôte très gentil et serviable, répond très rapidement si vous avez une question. Merci !
