Beautiful, spacious, great view and perfect location.

Sooo beautiful apartment with great view on the seaside. Thoughtfully designed in every detail - even the water glasses are not ordinary. Perfect location, there is free parking very near by. Excellent and very detailed communication from the owner regarding check-in and other important information – it felt truly welcoming and caring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Nice place to stay in Livorno

Amazing location of the apartment. Just a few steps from the promenade. City bus is also near the apartment (line which goes al the way to the train station). Everything spotless clean, check-in process very smooth, comfortable bed and nice shower.

Amazing!

Amazing view from window, sea coast. Everything as in photos. You can cook breakfast for you, dinner from local market bought seafood. Super great! There are possibilities to sunbathe, swimming pool, swim in sea,just 5 minutes walk. Great location in Livorno, 1 min walk to bus stop to take you to Central station if need to go to Pisa or elsewhere. Communication with owner nice and easy, self check in super easy. We really enjoyed staying there! And we’re super sad to leave Livorno. 2 days are not enough.

A very nice stay in the nice area of liverno

It was in the calmer and nicer area of Livorno, it was very nearby the boulevard. There was a very delicious pattiserie around the corner and a supermarkt in the street next to the apartment. The bed was compfy and the kitchen was fine for cooking. There was a cute church across the apartment with multiple masses per day. The host was also very helpfull and nice!

We only missed a cleaningcloth. Thats all. It was a very nice stay

Totally recommend

We really enjoyed this stay, the view, the space and the kitchen. Even if it's a bit far from the city center, the bus station is very close. But the location is so nice, there are always people walking along the sea, running or biking. Restaurants are close, supermarkets, ice cream. You have everything you need around.

Comfortable but tiny apartment that was ok for a short stay. Clear communication from the host.

Good location close to the recreational part of the waterfront, some good restaurants and sightseeing.

I found it difficult to really understand what room I was getting from the photos on Booking.com. The room was nice but had no outlook and nowhere to sit other than in the bedroom/on the bed.

Posizione bellissima fronte mare nel quartiere migliore di Livorno per bellezza, vicinanza al centro e tranquillità. Appartamento arredato benissimo con finiture di qualità. Molto pulito e con numerose attenzioni da parte dell'host.

Il bidet è assente, aggiungerei almeno un doccino da wc. Completerebbe l'appartamento.

Appartamento di ampia metratura, ben arredato, fornito di tutti i comfort. Ottima la posizione fronte mare e la cortesia e attenzione della proprietaria.

Se proprio c’è da trovare un difetto, il bagno un po’ piccolo. Comunque moderno e funzionale e pulito, solo un pochino stretto.

5 Sterne Wohnung, wir kommen wieder.

Alles gut, die Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, essen gehen, Frühstücken in der Nähe. Wohnung lässt keine wünsche offen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Parken in der nähe teilweise kostenlos und andre mit Gebühren.

Kurzer Trip in die Toskana - Sehr zu empfehlen

Da ich im regen anreisen musste hatte ich Marelle um einen früheren CheckIn gebeten was prompt bestätigt und erledigt wurde. - danke dafür. Die Lage und die Unterkunft kann man nur mit WOW beschreiben - hab mich direkt zu Hause gefühlt da ich in einer ähnlichen Wohnung lebe. Hohe Decken alles offen mit einer irren Küche und einem Balkon mit Weitblick auf das Mittelmeer. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar - ein Conad gleich um die Ecke zur Innenstadt z.B. Mercado Centrale zu Fuss 30-40min. Hier komme ich gern wieder !!!

Een mooie locatie aan de zee. De kamer was ruim genoeg en erg netjes en schoon. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep via de app en was zeer compleet en duidelijk.

Parkeren kan alleen op een openbare parkeerplaats. Door het mooie weer stond alles vol.

Lepo in prostorno stanovanje v prvem nadstropju meščanske stavbe. Plačljivo parkiranje možno v okoliških ulicah (4,5 EUR/dan).

Miejsce z ogromnym potencjałem

Dostaliśmy bardzo proste instrukcje dotyczące wejścia do apartamentu. W mieszkaniu czekała na nas woda w lodówce i mały poczęstunek. Było też przyjemnie chłodno. Apartament jest przestronny i ma cudowny taras z widokiem na morze i zielony plac. Lokalizacja obiektu była naprawdę świetna! Właścicielka zadbała o nasz komfort i mieliśmy możliwość wyniesienia śmieci, otrzymaliśmy również świeże ręczniki. Miejsce ma ogromny potencjał, zostało pięknie wykończone (drewniane podłogi, porządna klimatyzacja, piękna kuchnia). Uważamy, że drobne poprawki sprawią, że będzie jeszcze lepiej 😊

Miał być bezpłatny parking, niestety go nie było, wolne miejsca znajdują się wzdłuż głównej ulicy, na której było naprawdę ciężko coś znaleźć, nawet w tygodniu. Uważamy że "bezpłatny parking" powinien zostać usunięty z udogodnień obiektu. Bezpłatny parking dotyczy sytuacji, w której ma się własne miejsce parkingowe w okolicy zakwaterowania, a byliśmy zmuszeni zapłacić. Druga rzecz to kuchnia, w której brakowało nam wyposażenia - były 2 kieliszki, ale brak otwieracza do wina, brak narzędzi dzięki którym moglibyśmy wykorzystać genialną kuchenkę. Niestety pełniła rolę ozdoby, co bardzo nas zawiodło. Szafa była zdecydowanie za mała, brakowało wieszaków i długie sukienki nie mieściły się w środku, ponieważ drążek wisiał niżej niż w połowie wysokości szafy. Salon niestety był niepraktyczny, dwa fotele których nie sposób ułożyć naprzeciwko telewizora. Łącze internetowe okazało się powolne i parę razy musieliśmy odłączać prąd od urządzenia. Zupełnie jakby ktoś podłączał się do internetu z innej mieszkania. Mimo tego uważamy, że miejsce jest godne uwagi 😊 i mamy nadzieję, że właściciele zadbają o te szczegóły w przyszłości.

La luce, le dimensioni e la quiete dell'appartamento, nuovo e fornito di tutto. La fermata del bus urbano e extraurbano è sotto casa, come la passeggiata del lungomare che a sinistra porta all' ardenza e a destra alla terrazza Mascagni: non abbiamo sentito la mancanza della macchina.

Il bagno: più che piccolo è scomodo, cioè disposto male e senza bidet. Box doccia comunque adeguato.

Molto spazioso, accogliente, letto comodissimo. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è vicinissima al lungomare, è stato facile trovare posteggio, anche se su strada. Tuttavia credo che abbia aiutato il fatto che non siamo in alta stagione.

Non c'era una doccia, ma la vasca, per cui avremmo preferito una tenda o un vetro per evitare che l'acqua andasse ovunque. C'era anche una leggera puzza di scarico, ma tamponata dal profumatore e comunque lontano dalla camera da letto.
