I didn't use the house much, but I was fined €50 for forgetting food in the fridge and some trash in the bathroom.
It's spacious.
First the building does not have a good elevator, you have to wait almost 4 minutes to reach you. The house was not well cleaned, but I didn't complain because I wouldn't stay in the house much, we customers already pay the cleaning fee, but no. it was very clean. I left some things in the kitchen, I had to pay €50 as this is not part of ordinary cleaning, the bath in the bathroom had defects, and they blamed it on me! I tried to reach a consensus, but it was not possible!

Man kann bestimmt was besseres finden!
Schmutzig, keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der 4 Stock ohne normale Aufzug. Es gibt zwar Aufzug , fährt 10 Minuten nach oben und muss man noch immer den Knopf drücken. Im Treppenhaus und in der Wohnung unangenehme Geruch.
