Short and sweet stay at this place.

I really liked the simplicity to collect the key using the lock box. It gives flexibility to arrive in the premises. I also really appreciated the advices from the owner for the best pasteries in the neighborhood!

A home away from home

The apartment is spacious, peaceful, and incredibly cozy, accommodating our large family with grandparents and a baby, effortlessly. It is equipped with everything one could possibly need, truly making us feel at home. The landlord deserves a special mention for his extraordinary friendliness and assistance. When our car was damaged due to a storm in Milano, he went out of his way to help us contact local workshops, ensuring we faced minimal hassle. In addition, he offered numerous valuable tips about sightseeing and food, enhancing our travel experience significantly. To any foreign visitors seeking a warm, welcoming place to stay, with an amazingly helpful host, I couldn't recommend this accommodation enough. We will undoubtedly return on our next visit.

Nice and cool appartement. we appreciated the airco in the hot summer. Parking is possible in the garden. we stayed only for one night because we had to take the ferry the next day.

Lovely apartment

Alessandro was very helpful, with lots of local advice and information. The apartment is slightly out of the city centre but a great base. We found really good local food too!

Great host, appartment furnished with “leftovers”

Host was great 👍 Appartment is specious, it is easy to park (for free) close to the appartment, wi-fi was solid.

It is furnished with stuff that was not needed anymore in host´s house. Pity. Investing just some more money could move it to much higher level.

Nette Wohnung mit echtem Italienfeeling

Alessandro ist ein außergewöhnlich engagierter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er reagiert auf Nachrichten sofort und hilfreich. Check In mit Key-Box und Code mit entsprechenden Fotos und Videos über WhatsApp reibungslos. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in einem Viertel der Einheimischen. Man kommt mitten im echten Italien an; entsprechend ist die Lage und das Wohnhaus gestaltet. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist für einen normalen PKW völlig okay; die Einfahrt in den Parkplatz im Garten mit Rangieren gut machbar. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für kurze als auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Für eine Übernachtung zur Weiterfahrt am nächsten Tag war sie für uns jedenfalls perfekt.

Die Küche war nicht besonders sauber.

Alessandro est très gentil et réactif. Logement à proximité d’une pizzeria et en face d’une boulangerie. Place de parking à disposition. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé.

Mi é piaciuto molto la pulizia, le lenzuola ben stirate e curate nei dettagli,la casa ben attrezzata,Alessandro un padrone di casa davvero molto accogliente, il posto auto é il top, insomma lo consiglio a chi vuole un po‘ di relax o a chi deve prendere la nave da Livorno.
