Riccardo supplied all the essentials. Everything was super clean, and everything worked well. I love it when you stay in a place and you can tell that someone has put real thought into the needs of their guests. There is plenty of space, plus having a kitchen and laundry is amazing. Riccardo was responsive, helpful, and super easy going. I would definitely stay here again.
If there is ever record breaking heat in Livorno again, perhaps a second or stronger fan might make it just a bit more comfortable.

Just the towels should be paid extra (as stated in the description), but in the end I had to pay even for the sheets. I never saw sth like that. These should be included.
