An extremely nice apartment in the center of Livorno

The apartment is extremely cosy, in a great neighborhood just a few steps from everything one might want to see/visit in Livorno. It’s really nicely decorated and was very clean. The only thing I should say is that is a third floor walkup with no elevator (wich wasnt a problem for us). Would highly recommend this place!

The Luxurio rooms establishment is by far the most well thought and comfortable accommodation we have had the pleasure of experiencing, It is not a hotel, but rather a very well appointed set of three rooms (currently). small, medium sized, and a spacious corner room that can sleep 5 in a pinch. All three share a delightfully appointed and inviting kitchenette and dining area. Once you book a room, Jakob guides you to the location with clear Internet instructions. Don't expect a big marquis or grand lobby. The simple well marked door entry opposite a wonderful tree filled park. Open the lock box with the code, grab the keys and up you go!! The only gripe I have about is five floors of stairs. To someone younger than me (76) it would make little difference with the prize on the fifth floor! Don't miss this jem if your looking for a great value in Livorno! Caio.

Good for 1-2 nights if you wait for the ferry

Jakub was friendly, explained everything awaited us with water. Ideal if you stay one night to wait for the ferry.

At the time of traveling it was extremely hot In Italy and there was no air conditioner in the room just an extra fan. This not the fault of the host because he wrote there is no a/c in the room. The kitchen is together for 3 rooms but for 1 night we did not use it. Livorno is a little bit disappointing... 1l

Room was very new and clean, bathroom also. Location not bad in the centre and not far away from port.

Kitchen was unclean. Some dirty dishes from the guests who left before us. Also in the washing machine there were the dishes which someone did not put back to the cupboard. 3rd floor without elevator - not very comfortable if you are travelling with kids.

Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and provide everything you need. The location in the city center is really good with many restaurants around and a good connection to the train station. But the best thing definitely was Jakub's service. He was so kind and courteous, let us store backpacks for our 7 day cycling trip, check in earlier, recommended really good restaurants, and is just a great guy to have a chat with.

The best place to stay

I couldn't imagine a better accommodation to stay. It was clean, modern looking, very spacious place with a comfortable beds and exceptionally looked after kitchen, easily accessible. The owner put a high effort in preparing everything for his visitors. If it was in our way, we would definitely stay there for longer. Finally, i think it's important that you can actually sleep well. After long day you want to rest, and windows were so good. Literally zero noise. Well done!

A very high quality and nicely decorated room with communal kitchen.

A very nicely decorated room with high quality furniture, spacious enough for 4 people. The communal kitchen is also very nice and well equipped. Make sure you take the contact details of the owner as he does not live at the accommodation. After we called him he arrived within 10 minutes to let us in. The apartment is at he highest floor and there is no elevator. So you have to climb a few stairs. We came without car, harbour, shops, railway station all on walking distance. Two tips for the owner: maybe you could create a better sign at your doorbell as we had to look hard to find the right bell. We missed instructions on how to use the safe, maybe you can create some.

Nothing. Apart from the fact that we only stayed one night. In this lovely room we would have liked to stay a bit longer.

The room was absolutely beautiful and was well accommodated with the right type of plugs for my laptop 😅. The bathroom was spacious and looked brand new. I basically had a whole appartement to myself. You are located very close to the piazza dela Republicca, which is very beautiful plaza.

Great stay but bathroom could be cleaner.

Very friendly and helpful staff / mother! It was a cordial welcome and pleasure to chat with. Great location, and generally good accommodations, well equipped. When we asked that the bathroom could be cleaned, it was done immediately.

Room seemed to smell like cigarette smoke. Bathroom was very filthy - hairs everywhere, dirty mirrow, mildew in shower.. When we asked that the bathroom could be cleaned, it was still as dirty as before 😕

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful interior!!! great communication with the owner and the polish and italian speaking mom of the owner is very nice and helpful, it felt like family :). not far from the next busstop and the city centre. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and had even some food. The kitchen is shared with 1 other guest room, but there were no problems. Every room has its own bathroom. Everything was cleaned daily. The bed was comfy. The supermarket was a 2min walk away, but there also was a minimarket in the neighboring building.

Only one small thing: there was Italian TV only and no netflix account logged in, but you can watch YouTube :) Be prepared that there is no elevator. And now about the area: When it got dark, there where some shady people around Livorno city centre. Also, the last bus from the train station is early - around 22:30. It is not very safe to walk, so after 22:30 you have to take a taxi.

During everything hours parking on the street where apartment is located fully occupied. We parked free of charge on parking place in 15 min walking distance from the apartment.

Amazing host in Livorno

The host was really nice and helpful, as he helped us with a mechanical issue that we had. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was new and the kitchen was very useful (moreover the host let us use some basic things such as salt). We recommend it a lot! :)

Für unseren Zweck, eine Übernachtung mit Lage am Fährhafen, war es perfekt.

Die Lage war perfekt für uns, da die Unterkunft nah am Fährhafen liegt und wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, um mit der Fähre weiterzureisen. Es gibt Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bad modern und sauber. Für unsere Zweck sehr gut.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Altbau im 4. OG ohne Aufzug. Der Lichtschalter im dunklen Treppenhaus ist nicht gleich neben der Haustür. Obwohl das Zimmer große Fenster hat, wirkt es wegen der Tapeten und alten Bilder eher düster von der ganzen Atmosphäre. Aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache.
