A lovely Italian apartment with soul.

The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and located in a stunning building. It had absolutely everything one could need — from toothpicks and a hair dryer to blankets and all the little things that make you feel at home. It was perfect in every way! The hosts were fantastic — they gave us plenty of tips on what to see in Livorno and how to get around, and even let us use their private garage space, for which we’re very grateful.

The apartment was quite dark, but I wouldn’t call it a disadvantage — we actually slept wonderfully, and I imagine it must be very pleasant in summer, as it doesn’t get too hot.

Well furnished apartment in a historic building. Sleep like in medieval cells, colourfully enriched with a wealth of artwork selected by the owner Beatrice. Right next door to a wonderful Neapolitan pizzeria with amazing service. A place to return to.

I would like both couples to have the same conditions for a double bed.

The apartment was fantastic, clean, with nice terrace 👌 the owners greeted us personally (very nice people ❤️), prepared folder with all the information needed, with recommended restaurants and tourist places worth attention and maps. We had a feeling we are very welcome there.

The whole apartment was cured to the last detail. Very nice decorated, fully equipped and with a very homey vibe. The owners very helpful, available and with lots of tips ready for visiting Livorno. As for cleanliness, everything was spotless. Honestly cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastisch! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen, es ist wirklich alles Erdenkliche vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Hunde können sich hier auch willkommen heißen, auch an sie wurde gedacht.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt! Die Vermieter sind sehr liebe Menschen, die auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht sind! Es ist sinnvoll sich eine Garage zu mieten!

De locatie, binnen een paar minuten lopen sta je midden in het centrum! De woning is zeer goed onderhouden/verzorgd/schoon, vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren en goede airco! De communicatie met de eigenaren verliep heel soepel en vriendelijk

Nagyon tetszettek a kis utcák és a házak, az is, hogy gyalog eljutottunk mindenhova, amit a városban meg akartunk nézni.

A környék kicsit elhanyagolt és koszos volt, de nem zavart annyira, hogy ne akarjak újra elmenni.

süße kleine Unterkunft mit perfekten Gastgebern in der falschen Stadt :)

Der Innenhof ist klasse - wie eine kleine Oase in der man Zuflucht vor der Stadt suchen kann. Unbedingt der Restaurantempfehlung der Gastgeber nachkommen - da Cacciucco war der Hammer! Ansonsten ist die Aufteilung der Unterkunft perfekt und man hat ein paar kleine Annehmlichkeiten in der Küche bereitgestellt bekommen.

Leider hat uns Livorno überhaupt nicht gefallen und wenig reiz, was aber der Unterkunft keinen Abbruch tun soll. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und die Parkmöglichkeiten auf öffentlicher Straße sehr begrenzt, weil man tagsüber dort nicht stehen darf. Deswegen ist die Nutzung der angebotenen Garage (sehr geräumig, groß und gut zu erreichen) notwendig. Allerdings ist die Gebühr für 2 Nächte (30€) enorm hoch. Man muss seinen Müll selber entsorgen :)

accoglienza stupenda

ho potuto "abitare" poco la struttura a causa degli impegni ma la ho trovata molto accogliente e calorosa, ben arredata e piena cura. Anche solo entrando in casa, ci si sente come a casa propria. E tutto questo anche se non ci siamo riusciti a godere il giardino segreto per il poco tempo che avevamo a disposizione noi. Beatrice e il marito sono persone squisite e molto disponibili, ci sono venuti incontro nelle varie necessità che abbiamo avuto e hanno un organizzazione impeccabile. Grazie davvero, sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno :)

Un piccolo Eden a Livorno

Appartamento situato vicino al Venezia, accogliente e molto pulito. I proprietari sono molto disponibili, puoi trovare tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno, dagli utensili da cucina ai prodotti per il bagno. Comodo il parcheggio coperto vicino alla abitazione. Piccolo giardino curato dove poter mangiare nei mesi caldi. Consigliato

Przyjemny pobyt w centrum Livorno

Klimatycznie urządzone wnętrza, widać że włożone jest tam całe serce gospodarzy. Cudny,malutki ogród pozwolił nam na przyjemne skonsumowanie śniadań ;) dobrze wyposażone każde pomieszczenie. Ekspres do kawy, czajnik + herbatki i piekarnik bardzo ułatwiły nam pobyt. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzami. Chociaż do dworca jest pół godziny piechotą można skorzystać z pobliskiego autobusu. Śliczna okolica. W związku z naszą rocznicą zostaliśmy przywitani szampanem i czekoladkami oraz koszyczkiem słodkościm. Było to naprawdę ujmujące.

Ubytování v centru, blízko všeho. Byt velmi pěkný s malou zahrádkou. Jeden pokoj do ulice, tam poměrně rušno. druhý do zahrádky, klidný.
