Nice apartment in not so nice area

Good price / quality for a night stay in Livorno.

I wouldn’t book this as a holiday destination. The neighborhood is quite shady and ambiguous. Fine if you stay in the apartment, which has all facilities you need. But we didn’t feel super safe outside.

De house was fine too live in. Really spacious and a different room for sleeping. But you missed a few kitchen equipment like a cuttingboard and a small knife.

The noise from outside. Everynight there was a party doenstairs untill 1 or 2 at night. Even with closed windows you were hearing the party.

No iron or ironing board, that was honestly the only minus. Living room gets very hot during the night but it is like that everywhere in Italy. Host provided extra fan. Overall this is a great value for money vacation apartment in a superb location. I highly recommend it.

The apartament was very close to the main areas and also, well equipped.

-unfortunately the dirt was everywhere. Not just dust, dirt and the smell was absolutely horrible.. We stayed there with our 7 months girl and I was seriously worried to let her touch something... I am sorry I didn't make any photos. - when was time for check out I made the mistake to not read about it on booking ( my bad. It was at 10:30 or something like that), but the persons that were "cleaning" the apartment came at 09:30 at our door for check out 😂 and also tried to enter with the key... Which ia not ok at all. The owner let us check out a bit later after this, but was already a problem...

La struttura del letto matrimoniale. Il pannello di legno tra doghe e materasso purtroppo ad ogni movimento faceva troppa rumore x un condominio. Non sono riuscita a riposare.

Zweckmässig für eine Nacht

Der Private Parkplatz. Das ersparte uns die Suche nach einen Parkplatz. Kommunikation war gut. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher

- das quietschende und knarrende Bett (jede kleinste Bewegung war sehr deutlich hörbar) - die Warmwassereinstellung an der Dusche war sehr feinfühlig. Es ist nicht einfach eine angenehme Temperatur zu erzeugen. - der fehlende Duschvorhang (Dusche ist in einer Sprudelbadewanne ohne Vorhang) - Lautstärke der Aussengeräusche - die Lage (im Zentrum ist toll, aber dieses Viertel am Abend war nicht mein Geschmack, ein paar Blocks weiter ist es dann doch angenehmer) - Haartrockner funktioniert nur auf Stufe 2 von 2 (Stufe 1 funktioniert nie) und das auch nicht lange. Da er schnell überhitzt und danach für einige Zeit nicht funktioniert. Sehr ärgerlich v.a mit langem Haar. - das Appartement riecht schimmlig/modrig va. im Wohnzimmer - der Schwamm um abzuwaschen war bereits gut gebraucht was ich nicht sonderlich hygienisch empfand

Breve sosta prima del traghetto

Aria condizionata è un plus. La posizione anche in quanto comoda per raggiungere negozi e ristoranti. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Presenza di lavatrice e detersivi molto apprezzata.

Il parcheggio gratuito non lo abbiamo utilizzato in quanto la zona ci è sembrata poco sicura. La casa necessiterebbe di un po’ di manutenzione.

In questo appartamento nel cuore di Livorno c’è tutto quello che può servire. Si vedono la cura e l’amore della proprietaria. Lo terrò certamente presente per un prossimo passaggio a Livorno. Il posteggio riservato vicinissimo alla struttura è un plus da non sottovalutare.

Appartamento spazioso e ben organizzato

La posizione molto comoda e vicina alla Fortezza Nuova, la padrona ha inviato tutti i dettagli precisi di come ottenere l appartamento con spiegazioni dettagliate. Il parcheggio riservato ai clienti e già compreso nel prezzo è straordinario perché trovare un parcheggio nel centro di Livorno é impossibile, l’appartamento grande è spazioso dotato di tutto. Si trova al secondo piano ma c è l ascensore che funziona con le chiavi fornite insieme a tutti gli ingressi

Purtroppo sotto la finestra della camera da letto c’è un locale che tiene tavoli fuori e musica alta fino a tarda notte, consiglio portare tappi per orecchie

Carino!

La posizione mi è piaciuta molto, dista pochi minuti di autobus dalla stazione e una ventina di minuti a piedi. Il check-in è molto flessibile e la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile nel venirci incontro. Ci ha consigliato alcuni posti. La zona è carina, vicino alle due Fortezze (Nuova e Vecchia) e ci sono dei locali graziosi. In stanza c'erano asciugamani, una grande televisione in salotto e una in stanza, asciugacapelli e caffè/tè! Sotto c'è un bar che si anima, non ci siamo state ma sembra carino per bere qualcosa!

Purtroppo l'acqua della vasca era impossibile da regolare, o troppo calda o troppo fredda. Nella lavatrice c'erano un paio di cose (non nostre) e fuori erano stesi dei panni (sempre non nostri).

wenn man einmal weiss, wie alles funktioniert mit den Parkingkarten und Schlüsseln ist alles gut.

die Wohnung ist grosszügig und nahe des Hafens gelegen, es hat diverse Geschäfte und Take aways gleich um die Ecke.

Das Parking ist mind. 5 Min. zu Fuss und man muss immer vorher und nachher den Schlüssel und die Parkkarte beim Haus holen. Wenn man alleine ist, muss man also überlegen, ob man das Gepäck zum Parking rüber trägt oder nochmal in die Wohnung rauf geht und es holt. Das war für mich etwas mühsam, da ich nicht gut zu Fuss war.

Quartiere pessimo parcheggio distante soprattutto la cassetta di sicurezza che conteneva le chiavi non si vedevano i numeri per inserire la combinazione, abbiamo avuto troppa difficoltà tanto da chiedere aiuto ad un poliziotto che era lì visto che c'era una festa!!!! Festa e musica terminata alle 24.30 e noi eravamo esauste.Eravamo 2 colleghe ma era pronto solo il letto matrimoniale i due letti a castello avevano solo il lenzuolo di sotto quello di sopra era piegato e poggiato sopra. Il bagno senza finestra e senza aspiratore!
