Comodo parcheggio e abitazione confortevole.

La comodità di stare a pochi metri dalla pizza principale e avere un parcheggio già assegnato poco distante.
Per una famiglia va bene, per un gruppo di amici no in quanto il letto matrimoniale e il letto a castello sono nella stessa stanza. Nel mio caso andava bene perché eravamo in famiglia

Casa pulita e accogliente, self check-in molto comodo, parcheggio poco lontano
Vicini molto rumorosi e di notte comunque si sentono motorini e auto, consiglio di portarsi i tappi.

La zona è centrale e comoda anche per i mezzi di trasporto facilmente reperibili. Molto utile il parcheggio nonostante si trovi a 6 min a piedi. La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento è spazioso e dotato di aria condizionata (fondamentale in estate😅)
Purtroppo le condizioni igieniche erano scarse (lenzuola sporche e panni non nostri in bagno). Per quanto comoda e centrale la zona è molto rumorosa e poco sicura. Palazzo antiquato e umido (il pianerottolo davanti all appartamento molto male odorante).
