Great refurbished bathroom, kitchen. Good space and secure. Was kept clean and we had access to everything we needed. Clean kitchen utensils and provided cleaning equipment like sponge/dishwashing liquid

Nice mom-and-child stay

Location is great and convenient, in city center, you can walk easily to eat, drink, go shopping or whatever, and bus stop are also very close. Big apartment. Ok with a young child

Large appartment close to ferry

It is in the center of Livorno and there is a parking house just around a corner from appartment which is excellent The flat is very spacious, clean and equipment is fine as well. We slept over for one night for a ferry and it was excellent because it was 5 minutes from port by car.

On the other hand the house vicinity doesnt look so secure and house basement is old and shabby. There is an elevator but is very small and shabby as well.

Good location. They were very helpful and let us know how to access parking during our short stay. Bathroom large and clean. Very much appreciated the washing machine We would stay again.

Only one room with a portable air-conditioning unit, had to use the portable floor fans to push the cold air to the other room. Poor lighting in the place.

Siamo morti di freddo e dopo 3 giorni continuare a chiedere di alzare i termosifoni massimo arrivavano a 21 gradi con una casa chiusa da parecchi giorni ed essendo grande e dispersiva non si sentiva caldo, cosi ci siamo procurati una stufetta, lavatrice piena di roba bagnata che puzzava da morire, pulizia inesistente, bagno non pulito bene, secchio pieno di acqua sporca che puzzava. Parlare con un host era impossibile perche essendo arrivati di domenica non voleva essere disturbato. Lenzuola nel letto con il dubbio se fossero state cambiate perche avevano un cattivo odore. 3 giorni da incubo.

Appartamento carino peccato per i vicini

La casa ristrutturata con bagno nuovo grande cucina e attrezzata, self check-in comodo e più o meno chiaro, sto ancora cercando il corridoio quando si apre l'ascensore:-).

L'entrata del palazzo, le scale e gli inquilini di sopra., Sabato notte fino alle 4 hanno fatto chiasso e sbattuto cose come se stessero spostando mobili il che ci ha precluso il sonno. Il check out fiscale. Alle 10 spaccate hanno bussato alla porta, giusto per carità ma mai capitato in anni di viagg, ci sono sempre quei 5 minuti di tolleranza, così sembra ti vogliano cacciare. Per fortuna stavamo mettendo i giacchetti.

Gutes Appartement, komplizierter Check-In

Sehr gute Lage, komfortable und saubere Wohnung. Parkhaus (25€/Nacht) in nächster Nähe.

Unnötig komplizierter eincheck-Vorgang bei dem man nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Eigentümer zunächst nur einen Link bekommt, über den man dann anhand von Video-Schnipseln den Weg wie eine Schnitzeljagd erklärt bekommt, um ins Haus zu gelangen. Nicht so einfach mit schlafendem Kleinkind über der Schulter und Gepäck in der Hand und auf dem Rücken. Check-Out bis 10 Uhr. Leider waren wir durch unser Verschulden etwas spät dran um 10:00 Uhr auf die Minute klopfte die Reinigungskraft vor der Tür. Bezahlung der Tourismus Gebühren nicht direkt beim Eigentümer möglich, nur über Webseite, auf der der Pass mit 3 Aufnahmen (vorne, hinten, neben den Kopf halten) gescannt werden muss. Sogar die Personalien der kleinen Kinder müssen erfasst werden, was bei anderen Unterkünften in der Gegend nicht erforderlich war. Wir haben uns leider nicht als willkommene Gäste gefühlt.

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo duży pokój, duża kuchnia i łazienka wyposażone w potrzebne rzeczy ( sztućce naczynia, garnki, czajnik, pralka) . 3 pokoje z czego dwa przestronne, jeden mały. Koce do nakrycia. Do pokoju można dostać się windą.

Bella casa in ottima posizione

L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione, molto ampio e ben organizzato. Era presente tutto il necessario per la permanenza di qualche giorno.

Per l'accesso all'appartamento situato al quarto piano l'ascensore é fuori uso e le scale sono con gradini alti e stretti. Sconsigliabile a persone con difficoltà motorie. Inoltre manca il telecomando del climatizzatore e l'armadio non è sfruttabile perché chiuso a chiave.

Grande appartamento in centro

Appartamento molto grande proprio in centro. Ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi come noi. La cucina era attrezzata di tutto e ci ha fatto piacere trovare té, caffè e biscotti.

L’appartamento era un po’ freddino perché non erano accesi i termosifoni ma per fortuna c’erano coperte in più. L’unico modo di accedervi è tramite l’ascensore, quindi a livello di sicurezza non è il massimo.
